I had a wonderful experience with Premium Care! I went with three other friends on a girls surgery trip and we all were very pleased with our results and the entire experience. The attention and post-surgical care provided was much better than we would ever receive in the states. I underwent an extended tummy tuck, breast lift and lipo 360. The doctors, nurses and staff were there to provide support and help every step of the way, even weeks after returning home. I plan to return in a few months for some additional procedures. Truly an amazing and professional staff from top to bottom.

I'm two days post op and I already know my body is going to be fantastic. I got a tummy tuck, arm work and boobies. I haven't seen myself yet except for my arm incisions and my tuck incisions but my boobies are all wrapped up till Monday. My care at the premium care recovery suites has been a dream come true. Now I have to go figure out how to afford round two 🤣 I'm going to have a thigh lift, butt lift and probably upper bleph cause I need those. You guys do not sleep on coming to Colombia from out of the country. Wherever you live, but ESPECIALLY from the US. It's so clean and cushy. The mall is literally attached to the recovery home. They have an app called Rappi for DD like delivery service. Huge shout out to my house companion Rosio who helps me in the mornings and makes me fruit juice and omelettes. And coffee. The coffee here is divine. Huge shout out to my nurse Maria for landing my IV in my hand the first time. Painless. I asked for a 22 and she pulled out that pink 20 gauge and I was like sis why do you hate me and my hand but it was perfect. My recovery nurses were amazing. Amelis was incredible my first night post op. They send you to your suite with a nurse the first night. You're only ever alone from 4:30pm to 7:30 am but there is an on call nurse and I also have a house mate who hasn't had surgery yet so she can help if I have an emergency and I can help if she does next week during her surgery. Huge shout to Carmen, my massage therapist. The best nicest massage in the world. My physiological recovery has also been a dream come true. I for real thought I was going to be down bad but I am thriving. I did get some hydrocodone 5/365 (20) and it has been helpful. I've also got some lyrica for nerve pain, antibiotics and arnica gel. My language barrier: it's not so bad as long as you come with some decent knowledge of the Spanish language. My husband is fluent so I am lucky that he speaks around me so I'm aware of what people are saying for the most part. There's always google translate. If you don't have T-Mobile you'll get charged a lot for literally everything. I do have tmo because we are definitely travelers and I get free data and texts here and free calls over WiFi. If you don't already use it download WhatsApp. Also why would you not already use WhatsApp? It's the only texting app tbh. It is time for my morning nap in paradise before Carmen comes to do my massage. Don't sleep on Colombia.

I had an excellent experience with Premium Care from start to finish, including airport pickup and drop-off and everything in between. I traveled alone from the U.S., but the staff made me feel well cared for every day. Dr. Campbell and Dr. Carolina were both highly professional, warm, and attentive, always approachable and available when needed. The post-operative accommodations were outstanding, and I appreciated the opportunity to connect with other patients and share experiences during my stay. I never felt alone throughout the process. I am now five weeks post-surgery and very pleased with my results so far. I would highly recommend Premium Care to my friends and family.

My Premium Care experience was unbelievable literally from the second we arrived at the airport when they picked us up ! We felt very safe in their care. The Surgery itself was very comfortable and professionally executed. With appropriate healing instructions and products in place. Multitude of staff was always available to help and listen to any concerns we had.Follow up was unbelievable. The attention was amazing. It was the best experience if you’re going to do plastic surgery. I can’t imagine doing it any other way than staying in the recovery suites . Both doctors were very professional and attentive. It was a fabulous experience for me.

I had a truly amazing experience at Premium Care Clinic. Everything was incredibly well organized from start to finish. My mom and I were picked up from the airport right on time, and upon arrival, we were checked into our suites smoothly with someone already there waiting for us. It made the whole process feel effortless and stress-free. We also felt very safe in Cartagena, especially in the area where the clinic is located. Everything is close by—stores, essentials, and anything you might need. At no point did we feel anxious or uncomfortable, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. A special thank you to Alba, who helped prepare our meals. She is such a kind and warm person—I genuinely miss her already. Her energy is so welcoming, and the food she made was not only delicious but also very healthy. Honestly, we often chose to stay in rather than go out to restaurants because her cooking was just that good. Dr. Alex Campbell is absolutely wonderful—kind, friendly, and very trustworthy. He has such a calm and reassuring demeanor that instantly puts you at ease. I’m so happy that I trusted him with the size of my implants and the overall result—I absolutely love how everything turned out. The results look very natural, exactly how I wanted. It also felt like we were speaking the same language; he understood my vision without needing much explanation, which made me feel even more confident in his work. The entire team at the clinic shares that same energy. Everyone has a great sense of humor and creates a comfortable, supportive environment. The aftercare was also excellent. The nurses check on you every single day, and you can always reach out if you have any questions. As someone who tends to feel anxious, this level of support meant a lot to me and made the whole experience much easier. Overall, I felt very well taken care of and supported throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Premium Care Clinic to anyone considering treatment.
