1. What we do

Mommy Makeover Packages is an independent online directory and free lead-referral (concierge) service. We list plastic-surgery clinics abroad and, when you ask, pass your enquiry on to clinics that may suit your goals. We are not a medical provider, clinic, hospital, surgeon, travel agent or insurer.

2. We are not a party to your treatment or transaction

We only introduce you to clinics by passing on the information you give us. We are not a party to any consultation, treatment, procedure, quote, booking, contract or payment between you and a clinic. Any agreement is solely between you and the clinic or surgeon, who alone are responsible for the services they provide. We do not control, supervise or guarantee any clinic, surgeon, treatment, price or outcome.

3. No endorsement and no guarantee of accuracy

Listings, ratings, reviews and other information are compiled from public sources, including Google, and may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate. A listing is not an endorsement or recommendation. We do not verify clinic credentials, qualifications, accreditation, licences or pricing, and we make no warranty about the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any content. You are responsible for verifying everything independently before acting.

4. Enquiries and lead referral

When you submit an enquiry, you consent to us sharing the details you provide with one or more clinics so that they can contact you with information and quotes. Those clinics are independent third parties and will handle your details under their own terms and privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

5. Advertising and affiliate disclosure

This site is supported by referrals. We may receive a referral fee or commission from clinics when we introduce enquiries to them. This never adds any cost to you, and it does not constitute an endorsement of any clinic. Pricing and savings figures shown are illustrative only and are not quotes.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when you make an enquiry.
• Independently verify any clinic, surgeon, accreditation and price before engaging them.
• Seek advice from a qualified, licensed medical professional before making any treatment decision.
• Use the site lawfully and not misuse, copy or scrape its content.

7. Intellectual property

The design, text and original content of this site belong to Mommy Makeover Packages. Clinic names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

8. Third-party links

The site links to third-party websites, including clinic websites and Google. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices or services of any third party.

9. Limitation of liability

The site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mommy Makeover Packages is not liable for any loss, injury, damage or expense arising from your use of the site, your reliance on any information, or any interaction, agreement or treatment between you and any clinic or surgeon.
