Excellent doctor, very professional, his work is beautiful; I'm happy with my procedures, I highly recommend him 100%. He was always attentive to my questions and my recovery, along with his great team. The El Tesoro operating rooms provided excellent service; I had an anesthesiologist who was always looking after me throughout the entire process.

I know the doctor and I can say he's an excellent surgeon, but unfortunately, he's very poorly represented. His assistant or secretary is very rude, inattentive, and tactless. I requested an appointment, which they gave me seven months out because there was no availability. I had to pay eight days in advance to guarantee the appointment, and they never responded to my confirmation. The day of the appointment arrived, and I was never contacted. They made me wait two hours only to tell me the doctor couldn't see me. It's not right to play with people's time trying to monopolize the market.

I asked for an estimate to see if I was interested in paying for the consultation, and they refused, telling me it was just an opportunity to meet him. With that kind of superiority, thank goodness I didn't get anything done there!
