Dr. Recio put an acid under my eyes to help with my wrinkles. It has damaged my under eye for no repair. It has been three years and nothing has repaired the damage. He also recommended putting a French brand of implants for my breast. They have dropped below the muscle and are very hard. I went to him and he had no solution for this mal procedure. I he blamed it on my body structure and did not take any responsibility.
