To begin, I am not one that writes a lot of reviews unless it’s merited. As an Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years in health care experience, at many different hospitals in the USA, I have to say this place is a 10/10. My surgeon Dr. Álvaro Molina and his team are absolutely the best. He is a talented/experienced surgeon that takes his time explaining and educating his patients. He is kind and his bed side manner is excellent. The anesthesiologist Dr. Cruz gave me so much confidence and peace during the consultation. My mommy make over results are exactly what I dreamed! The surgery center has many amenities (faja store inside). It’s a one stop, get everything done there kind of place. The OR had all state of the art equipment! The recovery room post surgery was small but well equipped. The bathroom did have a ramp which was not optimal because it was a little too steep. I was so impressed because there is a doctor 24/7 in the recovery area that monitors you post surgery and will call you or text you even after being discharged home. WOW talk about patient satisfaction! My only complaint about this wonderful place is that they need to allow a family member or hired assistant to stay the night with the patient because nurses get busy and may not get to you ASAP!

Thefts!!! I travel from the USA to Colombia to get a procedure done with “Doctor” John Garcia. They made me sign all the forms and contracts before having all my test results. Surprise comes when they told me the health insurance police didn’t cover my condition. I asked for a refund and they told me as per clinic’s policy, they can’t return any money because the contract was already signed and penalty was in place. They asked for more tests, see more doctors and pay a lot more for made up fees. I feel scammed, because they make you sign things before having all test results in hand. The doctor claims he’s a Christian, but his procedures are twice the cost, overpriced, poorly done and the attention is just awful. There’s no Christianity in this doctor and his team, he posts praying to God before procedures, but his only god is MONEY. Shame on them, it was such a bad experience. People from the USA, please stay stay from this greedy doctor and this clinic!!

On Friday, March 25th(six weeks ago) I paid nearly $3,000,000 Colombian Pesos to safekeep a surgery date with Dr. John García. After unprecedented bloodtest results, Dr. Garcia's team said they will not be able to proceed with the date or insurance because the test results came back different than expected. As if I could control how my body works when I was trying to stay as healthy as possible. I was told we would have to change the surgery date which is fine because I understand I have to be fit for surgery. But I was promised a price and now they keep saying they will find a different insurance policy that is $ 4,000,000 COP MORE It's been a lot of back and forth with Dr. John Garcia's team, but long story short, they've kept my $3,000,000 COP. DR. John García actually reached out to me apparently in shock with everything that had happened because he had no idea who I was since the whole time I was interacting with his team and not with him. He says my review seem to be affecting his practice. Honestly I don't want to bother anyone, but now he is offering me HALF of MY money back. He said he'd only be willing to give me back $1,500,000 COP even though this affects him greatly, as he says. I came to Dr. Garcia initially because I was interested in the J Plasma procedure to avoid a tummy tuck. I went to another Dr. And for half the price this other dr gave me a "Lipo-Laser" and chin lipo. A month later(now) , I'm seeing great results. I am very honest and I just don't want anyone to go through what I went through. Even with the near $1,000 usd this place stole from me, I was able to save much more money. Look elsewhere!

This is a horrible place to get a surgery. I traveled from United States to my beautiful country Colombia and my beautiful city Cali, trusting that I might get an excellent plastic surgery. All I got was almost dying due to a bacteria I got from there, three implants surgery due to the bad decisions “doctor” David Yanguas made over my body, despite my wishes and instructions of how Small I wanted my breast implants… All I can say about this place is that they don’t care about your life or the money you are spending to save your life. Highly disgusting! Search for real Plastic surgeons in Colombia
