My experience at the recovery home was excellent, as was my experience at the clinic and with the surgeon. Despite being from Spain and traveling alone to Colombia for the surgery, I felt safe and supported from the very first moment, without having to worry about anything, since the recovery home takes great care of you and has everything prepared for your well-being. I want to especially highlight the treatment I received from all the staff: from the nurses to the cleaning staff, everyone was very professional and kind. I also want to thank the owner, Khate, for her warmth, affection, attention, and empathy—qualities that are truly appreciated when you're far from home. I definitely recommend it. I'm very happy with my results; they even exceeded my expectations and have restored my confidence and self-assurance.

The place is excellent, the nursing staff provides very professional patient care, the massage therapist is super nice, and the manager, Katherine, is very kind, makes sure everything is perfect, and treats you very well. If I'm thinking about another surgery or if someone asks me, I'll definitely come back here.
