I had surgery at this center. The doctor was very warm and friendly, both before and on the day of the surgery. However, afterward, the follow-up appointments were extremely basic, lasting only two to three minutes, and his advice was to wait until a year later to see the final result. The one-year check-up (which they then charge you for) is so short it only lasts three minutes; it's not worth it. The service is terrible, the receptionists are unhelpful, and the response time is incredibly slow. There's no post-operative follow-up whatsoever. The result of my surgery itself is a 7/10, but the care and personal attention are a 2/10. They only treat you well before you pay; afterward, they just provide generic information with no personalized service.

Today, someone tried to scam my parents at this center, claiming it's a center that treats rare diseases and is regulated by the health authority. They asked them questions and opened accounts at different banks for a 4,000,000 peso loan, using my mother's false information. BEWARE: SCAMMERS.
