Plastic Surgeon Alfredo Hoyos

Had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. They introduced me to the Total Definer Spa, where I had a pre-operative IV drip, massage, and hyperbaric chamber.On the day of the surgery, I don't remember much, to be honest. I only had to stay in the hospital for one day and was discharged the next day. Then the recovery began: daily massages, hyperbaric chamber sessions, and IV drips. I wasn't able to run yet, but I did return to my usual everyday activities. I had Nurse Blanka with me at all times. So worth it!

This surgeon is not only an expert but truly an artistic visionary and an innovator in HIGH DEFINITION plastic surgeries.. He transform men and women with such precision and attention to detail—it’s clear they have a remarkable eye for aesthetics, the results are incredibly natural. Dr Hoyos is a very gifted sculptor and a wonderful person, he is kind and loving with his patients. The Drs. Maria Paula and Ingrid and amazing , also very talented and expert plastic surgeon an aesthetics medicine. The office staff also deserves high recognition. They were always responsive, professional, and attentive to every question and need throughout the process. Patients feel supported, and the entire experience aLeah’s exceeds expectations. Dr. Hoyos is a consummate professional with a mix of compassion and empathy that make the whole experience absolutely marvelous. I’m only 10 days out and the results are already beyond my wildest expectations. I can’t wait to see what the 3, 6 and 12 month results will be like!! I’m beyond thrilled and thoroughly satisfied with the whole experience with Dr. Hoyos and his entire staff. VIP treatment all the way. Highly, highly recommmeded!

I contacted Alfredo Hoyos through WhatsApp and had a difficult time communicating with his coordinator. I was asked to answer numerous questions, and it often took several days to receive a response. Eventually, I was quoted a consultation fee of $250. Keep in mind, that is the price many surgeons charge in the United States. I have consulted with several highly regarded surgeons and rarely paid more than $100. If you are American, Canadian, or European, proceed with caution. I was told that Colombian patients living in Colombia are charged significantly less, while foreign patients pay much higher prices. If that is the case, it raises an obvious question: why travel to Colombia? If you are paying American level fees, you may be better off staying home and finding a qualified surgeon in the United States. The savings may simply not be there.

Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with the administration of Dr Hoyos during a period of four years that I waited patiently for my Surgery… and his reaction? He told me he doesn’t need to talk to me and blocked me. Adriana his assistant in Bogota completely sabotaged my opportunity to have my surgery with him. Between bad communication missed emails calls text messages that went ignored for months on end. I waited quietly and patiently for an opportunity for my surgery.. I was in Barcelona this last summer and made sure that his assistant knew that I was there when I saw that he would be doing surgeries there in the next coming weeks. I waited three months in Barcelona and got no response whatsoever from Adriana. Four days after I left Barcelona she texted me and asked if I want my surgery next week? I couldn’t believe it. Emotionally exhausted and desperate to fix the horrible botched job that was done on my body two years prior I said yes. I made extensive plans & rented an apartment, a car, my ticket to return to Barcelona, And 1 million other things involved in the event of a surgery as well as organised & paid for a friend to come and stay with me from Hawaii and then out of the blue after five later, Adriana texted me that the surgery is cancelled. I was flabbergasted it felt like a nightmare and a bad joke. She said I hadn’t had a consultation with the doctor although she had told me I would have the consultation with the doctor prior to the operation on the day of. How devastating is this?! When I wrote on Instagram and complained to another assistant, Carolina in Miami All I got was apologies and the infamous, we are here for you and we will do the best we can for you,. After I enquired again, I was sent an email saying that Dr Hoyos does not want to take my case. When I asked if I could talk to him personally, he texted me through Instagram saying that was him personally and that he doesn’t have to talk to me and I should not be making demands of any required results on my body, which did not happen at all as well as other strange accusations which I did not even have an opportunity to seny as he Immediately blocked me. Thank you for the four years wasted. I will take this as a good sign. But you should bring your ego down a few notches Alfredo Hoyos. I have done absolutely nothing to deserve your haughty and angry response to me . Ego has always been the downfall of man.
