The care provided by Dr. Federico Vargas's team is spectacular from the very first day, making you feel safe and well taken care of. As for the procedure and recovery, I chose Preserve and it has been the best decision. In my experience, everything was perfect; I am very grateful.

I had surgery two years ago. Here are some pros and cons: The doctor's care is very compassionate, 100% empathetic, and he answers all your questions. He's honest and doesn't promise things he can't do; everything is tailored to your anatomy. His team is excellent and accompanies you throughout the entire process—before, during, and after surgery—and they're incredibly attentive. The clinic is very welcoming and provides all the necessary care. Important things to keep in mind, which the doctor explains: 1. Everyone's skin is different. In my case, it was thick. Even with the treatment to thin it slightly, a small bump remained on the right side during the healing process, making my left profile appear asymmetrical. 2. The hump was corrected, but not completely. Because it's a very precise procedure, there's a possibility that a few millimeters of the hump will remain. Initially, due to the swelling, it's not very noticeable, but after a year of full recovery (two in my case), it becomes visible. In conclusion: the surgery was good, the recovery and support during the procedure were excellent. Changes are noticeable, yes; not the ones I expected, since I obviously wasn't aiming for perfection, but in the case of the hump, it has been very discouraging. The medical team offers some solutions within the contract, including a second procedure if necessary, with a payment; this is a guarantee for the first year. However, in my case, I left the country a month and a half after the operation. The team was attentive for the first few months, but as the year approached, communication and scheduling a virtual follow-up appointment became difficult. The appointment was finally scheduled, but the issues are as I already mentioned. I didn't request a second procedure; it would have taken me longer abroad, and I was out of money. My savings and loan were used for that surgery. And now I have to save for a second procedure. If you are traveling or coming from abroad, it's important to keep these things in mind; sometimes, no surgeon can guarantee 100% success with any surgery. Best regards
