Dr. Ruber Almanza | Rinoplastia

After researching many surgeons, Dr. Ruber Almanza was one of the few who truly gave me the confidence to move forward with rhinoplasty. From the beginning, he was honest and never tried to sugarcoat anything. He even told me that my nose was already beautiful and that I didn’t need surgery — something that showed me he genuinely had my best interest at heart. I never felt like I was wasting his time, even when I had a lot of questions. He was patient, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I was drawn to his natural results and his years of experience, which ultimately helped me decide he was the right surgeon for me. I also appreciated knowing that he is double board certified in both the United States and Colombia — that gave me even greater peace of mind. The whole experience went very smoothly. I am currently 6 months post-op and still healing, but I am very grateful that I chose him. His attention and follow-up after the surgery have also been great. I had a rhinoplasty 10 months ago with Dr Almanza, and the process has been better than ever, it was my first plastic surgery and i was nervous, but him and his team were super kind, patient and he guided me every step of the way. My recovery was super fast, i had very little bruising and swelling, and the results were natural, people that don't know me, don't even know i had a surgery unless i tell them myself. My self esteem has improved and i totally love the results. I 100% recommend going with Dr Almanza, he is an astounding surgeon!

I had surgery with Dr. Almanza about a year ago and even after a few days of surgery the results were very noticeable and after the inflammation went down I realized that the actual results were even better that the render and very natural, to this day nobody notices that I had surgery, highly recommend!
