Dr Samir is a miracle worker!! I had a very interesting case. Words cannot express the amount of happiness I am feeling after my surgery. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Samir and his team. He is very personable and answered all my questions professionally and honest. I went to remove my implants, lift, lipo and fat transfer to breast and he did an amazing job. Im 3 months out and very happy with my results. Having my implants removed by Dr. Samir has been one of the best experiences ever! From the very first moment, everything was magnificent, and he instilled incredible confidence in me! The initial assessment was done via photos, but I still had many doubts due to my previous surgery (with another doctor). I contacted his wonderful team with some questions, and they very diligently arranged an in-person appointment for me at the same price as the photo consultation (I should clarify that the in-person consultation is three times more expensive, but even so, the doctor was incredibly helpful, caring, and passionate about welcoming me to his office). That day, I didn't hesitate any longer! And from then on, communication with his team was seamless, and my questions were 100% answered by both him and his staff! They were always prompt, respectful, and empathetic. The big day arrived, and it was simply amazing! From the moment before the surgery until the moment of the procedure itself, I felt no fear, nerves, or doubts! I was in the right place—warm and professional! Everyone there made me feel calm and safe. Since then, Dr. Samir has been with me every step of the way, no matter how small my question, he's just a message away from helping me. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Samir and his entire team for helping me gain my confidence and take a step I was too afraid to take! Excellent surgeon, I highly recommend him. I've already had two procedures with Dr. Samir, and he always recommends the most harmonious and beautiful results. His team is excellent from the moment you walk in, and the post-operative nurse is simply wonderful! Everyone is so kind and caring. They make you feel safe and at ease. I traveled from USA to Colombia to have a mommy makeover on June 15th 2021 with doctor Samir Jane. Pros: Dr Samir and his staff are very nice and courteous from the moment I arrived to when I departed. Cons: not recommended for mommy makeovers surgeries. 👎 Unfortunately I'm not happy with the results of my surgery. I could see the fail from day one, even his assistant suggested I may have to go back when I heal for a touch up. I didn't have a belly bottom due to a prior umbilical hernia repair and I only had a small horizontal scar. He used the same scar to recreate my belly bottom but because of that didn't pull down much of the skin and left a lot of the skin behind. I used the compression garments most of the time when i was there and couldn't see the results but when I had the lymphatic massages i brought up my concerns to him. He insisted that it was all inflammation and it was going to go down, 10 months later and i still have a lot of skin left over, he recommends radiotherapy to thighten the extra skin!!! I also had breast implants and a lift. I am not pleased with the size of the scars he left, they go all the way to my cleavage and are above the crease of my breast (making them more noticeable) . The stitches around the areola are terrible and there is an interesting breast shape he does with breast lifts (look at his pictures on Instagram) He also insisted that 210 cc's silicone implants was going to be a good size for me, i asked him for bigger size and he said he recommended 220ccs the most or it was going to be too big (I don't know if he did not feel comfortable doing a lift with large implants) but when i went to buy new bras (6 months post op) I realized I'm cup b and I used to be cup c, now I'm smaller than what I was before!!!! In conclusion I was left with lots of scars, small breasts, and loose skin. I contacted them (including him) several times with my concerns and they ignored me or responded with different excuses. For these reasons I suggest you find someone else to do your surgery (especially if you need a mommy makeover) his prices are affordable but not worth it unless you just need simple breast implants that need basic human anatomy knowledge. Please do as many consultations as you can with plastic surgeons prior to spending so much money and time. I went to Colombia expecting better results but it was not the case for me, and hope it is not the same for you, do your homework before the investment.
