Outstanding and very professional are the first words that come to my mind when I think of Dra Valéria and her amazing team. They make you feel so welcoming and comfortable. She really took her time in the consultation and answered all my questions, wasn’t rushed and was easy to talk to. I knew I was going to be in good hands after the consultation. The after care was amazing and she also gave me her personal cell phone for anything I might need. I have graduated in Medicine and finished a general surgery residency. So it might come as a surprise that I am as scared as I am of surgeries. Just his soothing voice will help you relax, and his detailed explanation of the process will ease away your fears. Her assistants were the kindest people I ever met, one even offering music for me to relax while they were preparing the last details before I went under anesthesia. Dr. Valéria was there for me all the way and saw me through a wonderful post op and a very speedy recovery. I could not be more thankful and would trust her and her team again in a heartbeat.
