About a year ago I was in Rio de Janeiro to have plastic surgery with Dr. Luiz Haroldo Pereira. I had a big belly with lots of fat even I have already lost around 50 pounds. As I was reading that Brazil has the best plastic surgeons I did some research of who is considered the best plastic surgeon for the procedures I needed. I wrote to several plastic surgeons and clinics. Some of them even told me that Dr. Haroldo would be the best fit for me (mainly because I wanted to have multiple procedures and most of the other plastic surgeons, especially back home, did not want to perform all procedures during the same surgery) Of course, I had great expectations before going, but I was also hesitant as I did not know what to expect of operating abroad. But the communication was excellent and it calmed me down knowing that he had all his team ready for me. They even picked me up from the airport, brought me to my hotel and took care of me much better than I ever expected. I ended up with a tummy tuck, abdominal liposuction, liposuction on my back and even a BBL (as through my weight loos I also lost my butt:-). The hospital I was operated in is in my eyes 5 stars as well and very hard to find such service back in the states. Amazing to me was that the medical team existed of 3 plastic surgeons, 2 anesthesiologists, a cardiologist and some nurses. Now I understand what they meant saying that safety is one of their top priorities. Now about a year has passed and I must say the outcome is fantastic. I have looked at many before & after photos on the web before, but it is very hard to find such results. Truly, Dr. Luiz Haroldo in Rio de Janeiro, is my favorite destination for plastic surgery and I will be back soon for a face lift to match the rest of my body.
