This place is ran like the DMV. I never got any forms to complete in advance, showed up at 8:55 for a 9am appointment, ended up taking until 9:30am to complete the repetitive forms I was given by the office when I checked in - despite my provider getting almost all of this information to them in advance. This place does not care about your time.

Staff sent me for a procedure which was out of my network and did not notify me so I paid a 150.00 copay instead of 50.00 copay. I see there is an act called the "No Surprise Billing Act (est. 2021)" which was not followed. When I called them and spoke to billing they told me they couldn't see anything on my insurance which I thought was weird. I was confused and had some questions about my procedure because I didn't get a lot of info on it and the nurse for Nicholas Brown was rude and to top it off I was crying. I am currently trying to see if there is another company that can read my results to me for my procedure. I do not want to go back.

Dr. Nilas came highly recommended, but we never got to meet him. In 32 years of providing healthcare worldwide, I do not think I have ever seen a physician sit down in front of a patient with photos in hand and start discussing the patient's colon in the waiting room with (at my count) 10 people in it. It's not HIPPA, as the patient is not 'objecting' to their health info being discussed in the open, but holy crap wow! As we sat listening to the discussion of this poor patient's maladies my wife was aghast. I refused to believe this was a thing until I saw it happen again. This was the point where we left. The icing on the cake is when my PCP called a bit later (we pay money we don't have for our PCP's, to avoid the '6 minute visit'), and said this service didn't have my number and wanted me to call. Which was odd, as they called me four times in the past weeks; three separate calls about my insurance, and one for generic medical questions and a bit of bullying about bringing my insurance card and not missing the appt. (although my wife had to call late Friday afternoon for my actual prep instructions while I was at work, as they were not include in all the mail we received). The whole experience from the second phone call made my spidey sense tingle. I do know that consultation rooms are a thing (the cancer center across the street has three that I'm aware of). These folks could be great providers. Just not for me.

I’ve spent the last 18 months trying to understand why I was getting billed 1800 bucks for one of the doctors that supposedly was in my surgical team, that I never meet. All of the other docs were pre-authorized… but not this one. I’ve made more than a dozen phones asking why, only to talk to people and they were going to get answers and call me back. Never have I received a call back. And the last 5 months, I’ll leave a message because I am unable to get ahold OF ANYONE. Now I’ve been sent to collections. Not only that, I live four hours away from Wichita, Dr. Brown insisted I come see him in person. Drove 4 hours for less than 5 mins of his time, but charge me $280 for a visit. Sorry, they are fired. Across the board. I won’t step a foot back into that place.

If I could give this place and especially Dr Vincent a zero I would. I waited almost 2 hours and I asked Dr Vincent does it normally take this long arrogantly he says yeah sometimes. People were in this place coughing all over each other time management was terrible and the doctor is horrible. I had something I forgot.. none of the bathroom sinks worked you couldn't even wash your hands after using the bathroom and it was not one bathroom it was two different ones. I was there so long I had to go twice and couldn't wash my hands
