Recently, I had a loose body removed via arthroscopic knee surgery. My experience with the staff was very positive. Everyone made me feel welcomed and encouraged me. "Thank you for caring about me!" :-)

Full disclosure: The scope this review is based solely on a single MRI visit experience that was billed through work comp so there was no billing experience. I had accompanied a family member here for their appointment and was pleasantly surprised at the process and the location. The place was very clean, the people were friendly and helpful and the wait time was near zero. Everything from the scheduling to the actual exam to the receipt of all promised information and items was polite and quick.

Have had two surgeries and have found all the staff friendly, professional and caring. The facility embodies what helathcare should strive for.

Thank you to Dr. Gwyn, and the team that handled my surgery last Tuesday. Professional, yet down to earth, each person made me feel comfortable and at ease before the surgery. As I write this, I'm still in a half cast, but the experience and service that I was provided, deserved recoginition. So thank you to the entire squad thank you!!

As of finding out I had breast cancer and needing it removed wasn't enough stress, the person checking me in felt she needed to agree with me about the doctor doing the surgery. I had a not so good consult with said doctor and decided to find a different one. She told me that the choosen physician would not even be in the building that day, ect....After a bit she went away, to return saying it was a typo. Frustration high, emotions high but got threw that. Everyone from that point was professional and accommodating until it was time to be released the next day. The discharge nurse second guessed and put a couple other nurses down. Several things were on my chart that I didn't know about or understand. Nobody cared to elaborate. I was so happy to leave there the next day.
