I recently went to JP Wellness & Aesthetic for Botox with Jasmine and overall had a really positive experience. Jasmine was very knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to explain the process, expected results, and maintenance schedule. I also really appreciated the 2-week follow-up appointment and touch-up to make sure everything settled evenly and looked its best. I’ve already noticed a significant improvement in my forehead lines while still maintaining a natural look and movement, which was very important to me. The environment was welcoming, and I felt like Jasmine genuinely cared about achieving great results without overdoing anything. Jasmine is very direct and straightforward, but I ultimately realized she’s just honest and realistic about expectations and treatment goals. Her approach also made me feel comfortable enough to speak up about exactly what I wanted and ask any questions I had throughout the process. Overall, I’m very happy with my results and have already booked my future maintenance appointments!

Would recommend this place to anyone! I had previously gotten my lips done a little over a year ago and unfortunately had an uneven result and not the best experience, so I was pretty nervous going into this appointment. Jasmine immediately made me feel so comfortable, cared for, and at ease from the moment I walked in.💕 She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and completely corrected my lips — they now look so balanced, symmetrical, and fit my face perfectly. Jasmine is fabulous! So sweet and welcoming! I’ve been getting Botox for over 10 years and I really appreciate how Jasmine works. Very very transparent and her integrity shows the moment you sit down. Front desk is always so so nice too. Just a nice place To pamper yourself. Must check her out!

DO NOT GO HERE!! The Botox is diluted and DOES NOT WORK! I got 40 units of Botox 3 weeks ago, it never kicked in, I have full motion in my forehead and they aren’t willing to do anything about it unless I pay for more. I was told 40 units isn’t enough, I am 29 years old, I used to work at a medspa and have been getting Botox for 5+ years, I have NEVER needed more than 40 units. Complete waste of money and horrible service EDIT: they are still defending themselves in their reply to me, I called 3 weeks after, NOT 4. I was out of town before that so couldn’t get there before. Regardless, they did not offer for me to come in and “get evaluated”, they would have charged me $95 for a “touch up”. Word for word the injector said “I am not giving you free Botox” I have never needed more than 40 units. The fact that they are fighting with me in their reply speaks enough about the way they operate business
