I had two surgeries. My surgeries included tummy tuck, lipo all over, pubic lift, back lift, and bbl. I am really happy with my results so far. I enjoyed working with the staff who were all very kind. I especially enjoy my massages by Lulu. I’m glad I chose Dr Yousefi as he was willing to work on someone my size and do it safely. I highly recommend!

The “customer service” manager is super friendly, but not knowledgeable. She told me there were zero risk to my procedure, and two months later, I got blood clots. She also promised several free lymph massages and I never received any of them for free (just discounted). I asked what their promotions were, and she ran a credit card application with the information I provided in my consultation, In order to “see if I qualify for promotions” without my authorization. She apologized immediately, as she didn’t know it would actually “process” the credit card application (which didn’t quite make sense).
The doctor is amazing, quick, and friendly.... but customer service/support staff was not knowledgeable.

I did liposucsion and facial surgery, Dr. Giussepi performs the surgery in a hurry, the nurse made the stiches, I am horrible, they told me to wait until I deflated for six months I went to 4 appointments and nothing, the solution he gave me was to say what I'm sorry, nothing professional. Ana is very good to make the contract but then it does not help you, the worst.
