⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Pittman and the entire team. From my very first consultation through my postoperative care, the experience was truly exceptional. Dr. Pittman was incredibly friendly, patient, and extremely detailed when explaining every step of the process. He always made himself or his staff available whenever I had questions or concerns, which gave me so much confidence and peace of mind. The S+P team was equally outstanding. Every staff member was extremely professional and attentive throughout the pre‑op, procedure, and post‑op process. Everything was organized, seamless, and handled with care, which made the entire experience stress‑free. A special mention to the lymphatic massages included after the procedure—this was such a thoughtful and beneficial part of recovery. The massage therapist Alexa went above and beyond and was absolutely exceptional. It truly made a difference in my healing process. I am beyond grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Pittman and his amazing team to anyone considering a procedure. You will be in the best hands.

I recently had my very first cosmetic procedure with Dr. Pittman, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From day one, Dr. Pittman and his entire team have been nothing short of incredible. She was always available, responsive, and so helpful from my initial consultation all the way through the days leading up to surgery from scheduling to paperwork. The surgical staff were equally wonderful. They were so kind, reassuring, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire experience. Their warmth and attentiveness truly reinforced that I was in the best hands and made the right decision. On a side note, I genuinely enjoyed going into the office—it’s modern, beautiful, and very well maintained, which made the overall experience even more comfortable :) I felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for at every stage. I would highly recommend Somenek + Pittman to anyone considering a procedure!!

I recently had a breast lift procedure by Dr Pittman and overall, I’m very happy with my decision. From the first consultation, Dr Pittman made me feel comfortable and informed. He clearly explained the procedure, recovery time, possible risks, and expected results. The surgery went smoothly, and the medical staff was professional and supportive. Recovery took a few weeks, and I made sure to follow all aftercare instructions carefully. There was some swelling at first, which is normal, but it gradually improved. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I truly would recommend Dr Pittman. He’s a 10 out of 10!

I have been a patient of Dr. Somenek’s for 6 years now and have undergone various procedures and injections at his practice, as well as laser hair removal and facials at Somenek Pittman MD MedSpa. I would HIGHLY recommend (and frequently do!) this practice for any cosmetic procedure or treatment. I recently had the pleasure of seeing Sara (PA and injector) who exudes the same commitment to excellence and superior results as Dr. Somenek. The practice itself is absolutely gorgeous (clinic, private surgical suite, and medspa) all state of the art and staffed with individuals who are incredibly personable, hardworking, and committed to making your appointment as pleasant as possible (complete with a complimentary collagen drink!). I should also add that while I do not currently live in DC full-time, I still travel to see Dr. Somenek several times a year.
