One of the most difficult things about moving is having to find new providers you trust, and when those services involve your face, the expectations are especially high. After talking to a few medical spas in the area, I knew Tracy's was the right fit for me. Not only is she incredibly skilled at assessing and enhancing each of her clients' unique features, but she and her whole team is exceptionally warm and welcoming. From Cayla's bright smile the moment you arrive to Caitlin's thoughtful attention to patient comfort, everyone goes above and beyond to make your experience special. Whenever I have an appointment with them, I know I'll leave feeling both physically and mentally refreshed.

I have been going to see Victoria (facials) and Tracy (injections) for several years. I’m so sad I’m moving out of the area because they are hands down the best group I’ve ever seen for my skin care needs. I’ve done Dysport, standard facials, bbl (laser) and moxi. Victoria offers the best facials and I always leave feeling refreshed. She’s so knowledgeable, takes time to explain the why’s behind any steps, and most important is just a really sweet person! I’ve loved working with her and every recommendation she has made to me has helped improve my skin. Overall, what I love most is that they never push services on you. I’ve lived in several major cities where often the business is just trying to sell. I’ve never felt uncomfortable with Tracy, or Victoria, and they always respect if I decline a service. I’m so sad I’m actually moving out of the area, but will always stop by for a quick service when I’m visiting DC!

Tracy and her team are the best of their kind! The entire office staff is warm and friendly and truly but the patient experience above all else. As someone who likes natural looking results, I know I can always trust Tracy’s recommendations and expertise. She truly wants the best for her patients. I had an amazing first visit with Tracy and her staff. About two years ago, I started exploring Botox, fillers, and treatment for acne scarring. Traci gave me a full assessment and helped me understand the path toward further scar reduction. We did some same-day fillers and I was so impressed with her knowledge and attention to detail. Plus, she is so kind and funny. It was a great experience! I feel like I am in good hands and I left really understanding what procedures had been done, what to expect after, and a plan for next steps. Highly recommend!
