Like the other reviews said, it feels like visiting friends, which makes the treatments less intimidating if you’re scared of needles. My results are stunning, and I couldn’t be happier. I have no idea why I haven't written this sooner--Walnut Creek Aesthetics is truly my happy place! Everyone here is so kind and incredibly skilled at what they do. Krystal at the front desk is always so helpful and makes booking all my appointments a breeze. I've seen Ashley for facials and lasers and she is AMAZING. She's a wealth of knowledge, and I love how invested she is in my skin. She's been helping me with my melasma and sun spots, and I've noticed a huge difference after just the last three appointments. I also see Shahdi for lasers and microneedling, and she is incredible--so kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. She answers all my questions and puts me completely at ease. I get so many compliments on my skin and send everyone here. They really are the best!

This place is fine. It gets the job done. My only gripes are I was never seen at my appointment time. You can expect to wait anywhere from 10 to 20+ minutes to be seen. I also would’ve appreciated getting in and out sooner. I appreciate how informative they are, but I don’t need the spiel every time I get Botox. With wait time and the apt it can be 45-60 min.
