Overall our experience was favorable. My husband saw Dr. Zeung on two occasions for Moh's surgeries. The results were excellent. Scars are hardly visible. The staff were very helpful and efficient. We were very pleased.

Dr Ahmed and her staff are fantastic. I immediately felt comfortable upon entering the office. Dr Ahmed was great at explaining exactly how my procedure would go, and asked if I had any questions before starting. Dr Ahmed’s bedside manner is very professional and comforting. She would check in with me to make sure I was doing okay through the entire procedure. If I had to have a MOHS procedure in the future, Dr Ahmed would definitely be my first choice.

Dr. Jeffrey Bortz and his staff at Golden State Dermatology far exceeded every expectation. Dr. Bortz is fellowship-trained and has performed more than 30,000 of these procedures—and that level of mastery truly shows. From the start, they treated my appointment with the utmost care, walking me through every step of the operation before we began. Throughout the surgery and post-op, the team checked in repeatedly to address any concerns. For any prospective patient needing a Mohs specialist, I would highly recommend asking for Dr. Bortz specifically. I hgave now been there 3 times with the same results. The team and Dr Borg perform their profession perfectly. They are not rushed in anyway. I heard that Dr. Borg has performed more than 40,000 mohs surgeries in his career.

I've had a lot of skin cancer surgeries in my life due to my Scottish heritage skin and excessive solar damage to my skin as a young man. Dr. Ahmad has performed 3 Moh's surgeries and 2 excision surgeries on me in this regard. I believe she is one of the very best and skillful dermatologist surgeon's I've ever been to. I definitely would recommend her to anyone needing Moh's or other skin cancer surgery.

An excellent Dermatology organization. Very professional office and staff that take patients well being very seriously in a welcoming and very caring atmosphere. I have trusted this organization for my skin year for years and they have always exceeded my expectations. Dr Ashchyan was fantastic explaining my area of nasal cancer, the procedure he was going to utilize and what I could expect during and after the surgery.
