Had to have a sensitive procedure here as a Canadian in the US. This was a difficult situation, but never have I been treated so well at a medical facility. I was able to book within 2 days, and waited less than an hour once at the facility. I was treated with kindness and compassion and encouraged to ask questions at every step. The procedure was done swiftly and professionally, and my husband was able to be with me during every step (except in the surgical suite, of course). Thank you to Dr. Senior, Dr. Lieh, Nurse Alison, Nurse Michael, Nurse Colleen and all the other nurses who helped me for your kindness and dedicated care. I so appreciate that I could sense that you love your jobs and care about your patients.

My daughter had tonsil surgery, and we encountered some miscommunication with our insurance, which made the billing process quite stressful. Dana reached out to us and was an absolute blessing, she patiently helped us navigate the confusion and figure out what was going on. As anyone can imagine, surgery bills can quickly add up, and it was worrying to think insurance might not cover everything. Dana consistently checked in with me, guiding me through the process step-by-step. Thanks to her support, we were able to resolve the issue and get everything paid. Afterward, she followed up to see if we needed anything else and kindly wished our daughter a safe and speedy recovery. I’m very grateful to have had someone as understanding and patient as Dana during such a stressful time, especially with my 3-year-old undergoing surgery. Thank you so much, Dana!

Very sweet check in employees although the nurses that call you back for surgery could care less about answering any questions for you. In addition to waiting an hour and 10 minutes in the waiting …. I brought my friend in for a surgery and when he was called I asked her a simple question “how long do you think this surgery’s I’ll be ?” So I know when to come back. The nurse agitated said “I don’t know but I know the surgeon is waiting on him now “ and left. We waited an hour for you and the surgeon but you couldn’t answer an important easy question that is set for her and the surgeon to know and be well aware of? Beyond annoyed Beyond rude and not helpful- especially for a caregiver to be asking appropriate questions to the nurse taking him back . Wish she treated me better and hope she learned to have some patience and empathy for others

From the perspective of a caregiver. There is no waiting room for family or caregivers once the patient goes in for surgery. There are 4 chairs in a hallway. Good luck trying to get one of them! Also be aware that they are strict and unlikely to let you accompany the patient during pre-op and post-op. This has been a rule since covid and has not been lifted. Update: After calling and asking for special permissions I was allowed to accompany the patient. The first MA we spoke with was not sensitive about this issue despite the patient being very nervous and requesting company during pre-op. The nurses in the PACU were very responsive. Overall I think this center needs to be more sensitive to the emotional needs of patients.

I never had an awful experience as the one I had at that location. They have been sending me statement with no codes or details for more than 900$ and refused to bill insurance even though I had 2 insurances and no matter how many calls ANS messages you leave to Dinah and Cathy in billing. Even insurance company called them, how come those people were not fired till now. They are not doing their job for one whole year trying to get this resolved even left a message to the manager of Dinah. Useless place avoid at all costs
