I'm so happy that I chose The Carney Center for my eye surgery. My eyelids were drooping and I had fairly large bags under my eyes. From the moment I walked into the VA Beach office I felt at ease having been greeted by smiling faces. The waiting room was very warm and inviting and I loved the decor. The nursing staff were smiling and very upbeat and informative. Photos were taken by Dr. Carney and downloaded on his computer so that I could see what my eyes looked like then, and what they would look like after surgery. My eyes turned out so beautifully and natural looking. I'm thrilled with the results. The people I mention my surgery to say that Dr. Carney did an amazing job on them. His calming and friendly demeanor gave me a lot of confidence in him as my surgeon.
