John Alspaugh, MD, FACS

Dr. Alspaugh is an incredible surgeon who very genuinely cares about his patients and their outcome. He will discuss any and all concerns and is very straightforward, which is refreshing. He’s not a “yes man”, which is important in the cosmetic surgery industry because the patient’s safety is paramount. You want a doctor who will tell you “no” if they feel the surgery cannot be done safely, will yield the wanted result, etc. This means that they care more about YOU than making a quick buck. He and I found a happy medium, while ensuring he managed my expectations for the outcome. Dr. Alspaugh never over promises, but will always try to over deliver and his results speak for themselves. I will absolutely be a repeat patient of his and I trust him implicitly.

I had surgery with Dr. Alspaugh 6 days ago! I got a tummy tuck, with muscle repair, breast reduction and lift and lipo. When I tell you I was nervous (at first) and did SO much research, that would be an understatement. Let me also make you aware this was my first surgery ever and I’ve always been scared. However, from the time I went to my consultation until after my surgery and still today, Dr. Alspaugh and his team have been nothing short of amazing. They are patient, kind, responsive, and timely. I have felt so comfortable since day one. Day of surgery I was not even a tiny bit nervous. Although it’s only been 6 days I already love my results. So if you’re looking for “magic hands” with a wonderful team, LOOK NO MORE!!!

I absolutely love Dr Alspaugh and his team of wonderful nurses . Had an under eye procedure done almost two weeks ago and he was very informative, professional and very patient with me answering questions as I was worried about going into surgery. Not only called me himself the day after but also called when I had a small issue after hours within minutes and had me come straight in the next morning to just make sure I was ok . I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a surgical team that treats you like a part of the family

This is my third time having my breast done because the first time they made them way too big so when they fix them the second time, they really just looked awful I didn’t even know that it was possible to fix him once again. I then chose Dr. alsbaugh and I am day two after surgery. He is brilliant and quite an artist. It’s only day two and I am so thrilled with the results. I would recommend him to anybody even people that are thinking of flying out of town just to see an excellent doctor

Dr. Alspaugh is rather loud and obnoxious. He will cut you off while you are speaking and seems uncaring. The walls in his office are very thin and I could hear him speaking with several patients before coming into the exam room where my husband and I were waiting. (I thought patients were entitled to some privacy). He doesn't spend much time with each patient either, basically breezing in and out in less than 5 minutes with each one. I feel like my $50 copay was definitely wasted with this man. On a better note, the ladies at the front desk were friendly and the nurse was pleasant as well. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone. *Edit since response** Yes I'm definitely referring to Dr. Alspaugh. You won't find me in your files because I wasn't the patient. The procedure wasn't elective and the scar afterwards looked like something on frankenstein's monster. I will NEVER recommend this practice to anyone.
