The full post-pregnancy transformation: typically a tummy tuck, breast surgery and liposuction combined in a single procedure.
Abdominoplasty removes loose skin and tightens the abdominal muscles to restore a flat, toned midsection after pregnancy.
Implants or fat transfer restore the volume and shape lost after pregnancy and breastfeeding.
A mastopexy raises and reshapes sagging breasts, often combined with augmentation for fullness.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Galardi and his team! From the very first consultation, he took the time to really listen to what I wanted and understand the look I was hoping to achieve. I told him the general appearance I had in mind, and he did an incredible job choosing the perfect size and profile to match my body. My breast augmentation results are absolutely beautiful and look so natural. Dr. Galardi’s attention to detail and expertise is top notch. The entire staff was also friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the process, which made the experience even better. I would highly recommend Dr. Galardi to anyone considering breast augmentation or any cosmetic procedure. I’m beyond happy with my results!

My wife had her tummy tuck with lypo done, she also had Diastasis Recti correction surgery after giving birth to our tank of a son. Her abs were torn apart which made it harder for her to hold her stomach in. After the surgery she couldn't believe the results, still in her healing phase but you can see the difference in her shape and her self-confidence. The doctors have been nothing but helpful and looking into the well being and best results for my wife.

Breast Reconstruction Review: My wife was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer. Her doctor, Dr. Ruiz, referred her to Dr. Galardi for breast reconstruction, as they work together. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. Before the surgery, my wife was never given the opportunity to meet with Dr. Galardi in person to discuss her desired breast size. We were repeatedly told by staff that it was their policy that patients do not meet directly with the surgeon prior to surgery. This was already concerning given how personal and significant this procedure is. Whether due to a breakdown in communication from the staff or a lack of preparation by Dr. Galardi, the results were not what my wife clearly communicated. Dr. Galardi placed a 300cc implant in her unaffected breast and a 450cc implant in her reconstructed breast. My wife had expressed that she wanted 300cc in her reconstructed breast. The outcome left her reconstructed breast noticeably larger and out of proportion. Weeks after the surgery, my wife finally spoke directly with Dr. Galardi. She explained, very timidly, that I, her husband, felt her breasts now looked too large. Dr. Galardi responded by calling that opinion “weird,” which was hurtful and dismissive, especially given the emotional and physical toll my wife was already enduring. He then suggested another surgery to reduce the size and perform a breast lift because the skin had been stretched. Breast cancer and reconstruction are already emotionally and physically overwhelming experiences. Patients deserve compassion, humility, and direct communication, especially when it comes to surgical expectations and outcomes. My wife ultimately found another surgeon who took the time to meet with her in person, thoroughly explained the procedure, and listened to her goals. Her reconstructed breast now matches her natural breast, which confirmed that the outcome we initially received was not inevitable. I do not place blame on the staff, my concern is with Dr. Galardi’s unwillingness to meet directly with patients before surgery and his dismissive response afterward. For something this personal and life altering, that is not acceptable. To any woman facing breast reconstruction, please choose a surgeon who is willing to sit down with you, listen carefully, and treat you with empathy and respect. Do not take unnecessary risks during an already painful journey.
