Dr. Michelle Yoakim and her team were absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, everyone was professional, kind, and welcoming. Dr. Michelle took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office was clean, organized, and efficient, and I never felt rushed. Dr. Yoakim is an amazing doctor. She’s compassionate and competent. I’ve seen her 3 times now and would recommend Dr. Yoakim to anyone needing foot care. The office staff is also caring and helpful. They remember your name on follow up visits and are very kind. It’s a great place to go.

I've been one of Dr. Franson's patients for a long time and have always been pleased with his expertise and calm, caring nature. He has seen me through many situations, including surgery for a Morton's Neuroma. The girls who work in his office are also terrific, kind, and friendly. I recommend University Foot and Ankle Institute of Valencia to anyone with foot issues!

Justin Franson, DPM, FACS is excellent and has experience in his field. He listens and he developed a treatment plan that meets my needs. Dr. Franson sent me to a Neurologist he recommends to get a complete picture. With no background in Neurology, it never would have crossed my mind. He shared his expertise in the type of treatment and I am still in his care. The front office staff is helpful and treats me with courtesy and respect. My treatment was an in office procedure and five stars. I can not review his surgical skills since I did not experience them. Since he is a Fellow American College Surgeons, I would not hesitate to seek a consultation.
