Dra. Gutiérrez and her team have been the most kind groups of people I have encountered. They have made me feel comfortable since my first consultation. Dra. Gutiérrez told me knowing what I don’t want was as important to her as knowing what I do want. Although my Spanish is poor we were still able to communicate. I had a lot of questions and needed a lot of reassurance before the surgery. Melany and Raquel were both super helpful with that. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Dra. Gutierrez and her team.

Every step of the process was explained to me in great detail, all my questions answered, all my fears were eliminated. Her staff was excellent, the anesthesiologist and her team were wonderful, the nurses and follow up care were top level. I was in the very best hands and I am thrilled with the results. I moved to Valencia in 2017. I did not think for one minute that I was going to have a breast reduction when I moved here. I have always been large in this area thanks to my mother and her mother before her. It was something I was more or less resigned to especially at 65 years of age. However, the heat here in Valencia made me begin to think. The heat made me extremely uncomfortable under the breasts and of course carrying so much extra weight didn’t help. Rather halfheartedly I looked on line at plastic surgery for breast reductions. Dr Patricia Gutiérrez was the first web site I looked at. The first thing that struck me was the she had so many positive reviews. The second thing was that she had studied at the University of Navarre in Pamplona. I knew of the reputation of this hospital and that too was a very positive sign for me. I went for an initial assessment and I haven’t looked back! Now 1.5kg lighter I feel like a new person and wonder why on earth I didn’t do it sooner. Was the surgery cheap? No, but equally it was so worth it and I would highly recommend anyone thinking of plastic surgery to go and meet Dr Gutierrez and her team. I was treated with respect, empathy and kindness. Every concern I had was answered with simplicity and clarity. I really have nothing negative to say about her or her team... each one is professional with a degree of kindness and patience that is difficult to find these days... in short, thank you to each and everyone of you.

I do not recommend this surgeon. Her techniques are outdated, unsafe, and caused worse results instead of improvement. She made scarring and stiffness worse and suggested procedures that are not appropriate by modern medical standards. I’m grateful I trusted my instincts and went elsewhere.
