The full post-pregnancy transformation: typically a tummy tuck, breast surgery and liposuction combined in a single procedure.
Abdominoplasty removes loose skin and tightens the abdominal muscles to restore a flat, toned midsection after pregnancy.
Implants or fat transfer restore the volume and shape lost after pregnancy and breastfeeding.
A mastopexy raises and reshapes sagging breasts, often combined with augmentation for fullness.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Whitlock and his entire team at Whitlock Cosmetic Center. I came in with a long list of questions and more than a few reservations about moving forward with a breast lift with augmentation and tummy tuck. Rather than rushing me, Dr. Whitlock and his staff took the time to thoroughly address every concern with patience, expertise, and genuine kindness. Crisalix was a game-changer — being able to visualize realistic before-and-after imagery tailored to my own body took so much of the anxiety out of the process and helped me feel truly confident in my decision. I’m now one week post-op and already thrilled with my results. Dr. Whitlock’s skill and attention to detail are exceptional, and the follow-up care has been just as thorough as the consultation. If you’re considering cosmetic surgery, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Bryan Whitlock and Whitlock Cosmetic Center. They made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel safe, supported, and exciting.

I had an amazing Vi chemical peel with Medical Spa aesthetician Alexis Smith! From the moment I arrived, Alexis made me feel comfortable and informed. She walked me through every step of the process, answered all my questions, and tailored the treatment to my skin’s needs. My skin has never looked better—smooth, glowing, and refreshed. Alexis is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients. I’ll definitely be returning for more treatments and highly recommend her to anyone considering a chemical peel. Thanks, Alexis!

Dr. Whitlock is a highly skilled and excellent surgeon! I’m one week out from my surgery, and I’m very happy with my results! His office staff are wonderful as well! He uses 3D imaging through Crisalix that was very accurate in predicting my results. I highly recommend Dr. Whitlock! Thank you for helping me feel beautiful again!

Dr. Whitlock and his entire team were absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for. Dr. Whitlock is knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I especially want to shout out Cynde, she is the sweetest, most nurturing soul and made my experience even better. She has such a calming presence and truly makes you feel at home. Shannon at the front desk was also wonderful! Friendly, helpful, and so kind right from the start. Honestly, I loved everyone in the office. It felt warm, genuine, and like I was in the best hands possible. I’m so grateful for this team and couldn’t recommend them more!

I’m very disappointed with my breast implant removal and replacement and lift results. At 6 1/2 months post-op, I’m still dealing with issues that have not improved. when I lay flat on my back, I can take my thumb and on the inner side of both breast I can fill deep intentions of my cavity, So needless to say when I’m intimate with my husband, I like the lights off now. I also have LOTS of nerve damage I don’t before that hurts. The scarring is much worse than I was led to expect and has made me very self-conscious. I also feel the implants are too small for the pocket that was created. During my consultation, I was told steps would be taken to prevent the implants from shifting toward my sides when lying down, but that is exactly what is happening. They move outward and appear to be sagging. I should’ve kept my old ones in, and he does everything on a screen to show you what you should look like, which now I should’ve known better! I hate my chest I feel like I have to cover them in front of my own husband… When I brought up these concerns, I was told it was due to weight loss. However, I’ve only lost about 2 1/2 pounds since surgery, which does not seem like a reasonable explanation for the outcome. Overall, I feel let down by both the results and the response to my concerns. I would encourage others to ask very detailed questions about sizing, scarring, and expected results before moving forward. I paid $15,000 for what?
