I had lost 80lbs in 10 years and was left with hanging skin. After interviewing a few Plastic surgeons, I chose Dr. Rao. He made me feel like the most important patient! He listened to my needs, explained what he could do and set my expectations. His attention to detail, (including reducing my huge mons pubis, which i had mentioned in passing) was beyond compare. His skill is unsurpassed. The results are exactly what I wanted! Perfect surgeon's skills, 5.5 lbs of skin removed, a tiny scarline, and a truly caring Doctor Rao made my body perfect. Go and experience the best!

I cannot recommend Dr. Rao highly enough. Having undergone both major and minor procedures with him, I have absolute confidence in his abilities; his extensive expertise is evident in all his work. What truly sets Dr. Rao apart is his warm, gentle demeanor; he speaks with such kindness and explains every procedure clearly. The entire patient experience is seamless. From the front desk and medical assistants to the office manager, the staff is incredibly warm, professional, and efficient. They consistently welcome me and my family with genuine kindness, making us feel like valued individuals rather than just another appointment on the calendar. The office itself is clean and beautifully decorated, with a scheduling process that is both quick and organized. I especially appreciate that they proactively schedule follow-up appointments to ensure proper healing and long-term success. Dr. Rao is a truly gifted physician and an artist at his craft, and his team is equally exceptional.

I didnt get to have surgery but I wanted to. Dr rao has great reviews and another one of my doctors praised him, his price for breast augmentation was one of the best in town. Office people friendly. But rescheduling and confirming it after the doctor needed to cancel for an emergency has been an absolute nightmare leading to me *hopefully* getting refunded my money and having to find a new doctor. Im genuinely disappointed in the way this has all been handled but according to my research hes a great doctor with great results and im sure id have been very happy had the office manager just communicated with me and i got to have my surgery here.

2 stars because the consultation with Dr. Rao went well and he was kind and informative. I was excited to have my procedure scheduled and done with him. However, everything after was unprofessional to say the least. Patricia reached out (via a private cell phone number) to schedule my procedure and I was told I would get a call back. A week passed and nothing. I called her back and she told me again that she would reach back out to within the hour to collect my deposit, and still no call back. This was mid to late April. My procedure was supposed to be June 12 and I simply never heard back. Very disappointing. I reached out to another surgeon who had the surgery scheduled in 1-2 days. I hope Dr. Rao is made aware of how unprofessional his staff make his practice look.

I can't speak to the quality of Dr. Rao's work, unfortunately, because of his administrative staff who is in charge of sending off information to insurance companies; Patricia. I highly doubt Dr. Rao even knows about the difficulties that I've had trying to get her to ask him, from my understanding, the one question in order to complete the information needed to send over the paperwork. I am in no way upset at Dr. Rao or Lola, as the times that I had spoken with the two of them had all been clear that they were doing their jobs as well as they could and that the two of them actually cared. As of today, both my husband and I had been calling for a week straight, sometimes multiple times a day to make sure that Patricia would send the information off to my insurance. Keeping in mind, at the point that I gave up, it has now been one month and six days since I went in for a consultation without ANYTHING being done by Patricia. That seems far more generous than I should have been, as I may as well have never gone in for a consultation. I was truly hopeful for this to work out, but I have been pushed past any point of reason for not finding another surgeon. Patricia is practicing blatant administrative negligence and obvious disregard. Wish this had gone better. If you have either the patience to call them every day after your consultation for weeks on end, or the means to pay out of pocket, maybe this is a fine office for you.
