I am extremely happy with the eyelid, brow, and face procedures Dr. Maxwell performed on me. The results are completely natural, so much so that even close friends can't tell what exactly is different, just that I look refreshed and younger. She is truly an artist. And Dr. Maxwell's staff is fantastic - every last person in the office is kind, helpful, and supportive. I can't recommend Maxwell Aesthetics highly enough!

Amazing practice! I first started going for laser hair removal and later decided to have a cosmetic procedure done after hearing how highly the team spoke of Dr. Maxwell, who had worked with her for 20+ years. My laser sessions and procedure were all 10/10 experiences. Everyone there is so welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making you feel comfortable. I highly recommend them!

WOW!!!!! My first facial!!!!! Lived it! I’m hooked!!! Sue was AMAZING!!!! She was very humble, loved her personality. The massage on my face neck and shoulders was worth the price itself! I have traveled all over the world and make sure to plan any of my cosmetic procedures or med spa visits around my time in Tucson - I cannot say enough positive things about Dr Maxwell and her team. I first found Dr Maxwell when I was searching for a plastic surgeon to remove my breast implants. I went to a handful of consultations but found her to be the best fit for me - I did the total capsulectomy with her and have trusted her with multiple parts of my body since. She is a perfectionist and quick to notice when things are off. I didn’t always have the perfect healing scenario (my body is very sensitive/reactive) and she was sure to take any measure necessary with her team to make things right. Dr Maxwell is truly iconic - both as a person and a practitioner. The entire team at her office loves her - you can feel the energy of the practice is very positive and everyone is happy which makes for a pleasant atmosphere each visit. As a fellow healthcare professional (and honestly, also a perfectionist) I can appreciate how tight she runs her practice… all while taking care of her team and patients. I am very happy with my cosmetic and aesthetic results - very much a loyal patient to the end!
