After struggling for nine years and seeing countless doctors, Dr. Rough  was the first doctor who truly listened to me. For the first time in 9 years, I felt heard, understood, and taken seriously. That alone meant more than I can put into words. Dr. Rough has incredible bedside manner. He is patient, compassionate, and takes the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and I always felt comfortable and cared for during every interaction. Marisa, at the front desk is wonderful. Marisa is especially kind, warm, and supportive, and she helped make every visit feel smooth and reassuring, she has wonderful manners, and a great smile that just made us feel very comfortable. Overall, this experience has been life LIFE-CHANGING. Dr. Rough is not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring, and I am very grateful for the care I received. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon who truly listens and treats patients with respect and compassion. I can’t say thank enough for the surgery he did, it is truly a blessing. The surgical procedure he did was a total success. First of all, Dr. Rough is actually a very gentle person! jokes aside..I’m very happy I chose his care an expertise for a very delicate surgery. From the very first time I met with him for a consultation and through all the process, he’s always been very attentive to my needs, questions and fears! We explored all the avenues and found the best options tailored to my particular needs. I love the 1-1 treatment, you never feel rush because he really likes to explain with detail so you feel comfortable with this life changing experience, because it is! He’s a perfectionist, I’m not even fully recovered but I can already see that his work speaks for itself. So far my experience with him has been top quality, every post op surgery visit he makes sure I’m well taken care off, and he always makes himself available! (Husband contacted him several times after my surgery and he always answered). I can tell he loves what he does and his patients are very valuable to him. Lastly, his staff is excellent too. Marissa is friendly, efficient, and on top of every detail!, great team. Search no more, he is awesome.
