I got implants at age 20. I wanted to remove them at age 40 because a mammogram ruptured them. Dr. Nelson did an amazing job of removing the silicone and just making everything look natural with no additional implants. Nearly 30 years later they still look great!

Dr. Nelson is an excellent surgeon with a compassionate approach with clear communication skills, he was easy to talk to and I felt respected as a patient. I got work done by a surgeon in San Diego and wasn’t completely satisfied with the results so the second time around I wanted to make sure I found a Dr. that I felt would achieve the look I wanted. I did lots of research and read reviews and settled on three surgeons that I liked. I met the first two and they were nice enough, but the moment I walked through the door of Dr. Nelson’s office I knew this was the place for me. Audrey and Leslie at the front were very nice and welcoming and throughout the entire process did a great job following up and reminding me of appointments. Meeting with Dr. Nelson we talked about what I wanted, and he took the time to explain to me my options and what he recommended. Very easy to talk and he tells you like it is which is important when it comes to setting realistic expectations. The day of the surgery I was nervous because this was going to be a procedure where I was awake the entire time instead of being put under like I was the first time around. When I got to the office Cristina and Dr. Nelson did a great job of helping to settle my nerves and the surgery itself ended up being a breeze. Now I waited 6 months to write this review because I wanted to give me body time to heal so I could write an unbiased review. All I can say is THANK YOU to Dr. Nelson for a stellar job. After getting the surgery done once prior and still not being happy with the results, I was hesitant to put myself through that experience again. I couldn’t be happier with the end results. Dr. Nelson and Cristina did a fantastic job, and my only regret is not coming here the first time around.

Dr Nelson is an amazing Plastic Surgeon. He's very friendly and takes the time to understand my concerns and answer my questions. His staff is top notch as well. Can't say enough good things about Dr Nelson and his staff. Thank you for everything!

Dr. Nelson fit me in immediately and began treatment, as my previous cosmetic surgeon had retired. He was knowledgeable, explained my procedure, was kind and generous with my cosmetic procedure expectations. I would highly recommend him! His office staff was welcoming!
