I had 2 consultations with two other surgeons for a breast implant removal and augmentation. As soon as I met Dr. Moenster and her team, I knew immediately I was going to be a new patient to Dermatology & Plastic Surgery of Arizona. They were so thorough, so kind, and you could tell they didn’t just care about their patients, they cared about their employees as well. My breasts look amazing!!! I am a forever patient. I highly highly recommend everyone to make a consultation with this great team!

Dr. Muenster gave me amazing care and support during my abdominoplasty and breast enhancement journey. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered results that went beyond my expectations. Dr. Moenster is one of the nicest, kindest doctor I ever met! I’m three weeks post-op and I had nothing but positive experiences. She takes the time to listen to what you want and delivers! She takes great care of you and seems to really care! Her office staff is great and they are all quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have. She also will personally respond to any questions and concerns you have. I had a breast reduction and I’m so happy with the results! I am happy that I was able to find such a phenomenal doctor and receive such great care!

I sought a consultation with dermatologist, Jamie Moenster, after reading her reviews. Upon meeting with her, I felt like she had a really good bedside manner and seemed knowledgeable. She recommended fillers for my under eye area. This was my first experience with fillers. I was told to expect swelling and bruising so I did not panic when it happened but days later I also noted a tunnel-like appearance under my right eye. I was told to massage the area. I did, but did not see a difference so I requested an office appointment. At the appointment, I expressed concern with bluish bruising that did not seem to be fading. Dr. Moenster did not agree at that time but a subsequent visit was scheduled to monitor. The same observation was voiced by me and she ended up dissolving some of the filler in my right eye approximately two months later. As the filler was expensive, I asked about a partial refund as the bluish marks seemed to be due to Tyndall effect and the response I received was that she did not charge me for the service of dissolving the filler, when she could have. At that point, after her initial denial in seeing bluish marks around my eye that I, my family and friends all noticed and then her response to my getting the Tyndall effect after her injection, I did not feel comfortable to go under her care again to dissolve more of the filler. It’s been over two years and though I don’t have the hollow tunnel or the bluish marks anymore, I have unnatural looking lumps under my eyes that were not there prior to getting fillers. In subsequent consultations with other providers, it has been recommended to dissolve all of the filler I had received from Dr. Moenster. So for me, getting fillers from Dr. Moenster was a huge loss of money and did not improve the area around my eyes, just made it worse.
