I had surgery with Dr. Goode on Oct. 1st. I was very happy with my care. Everything moved along quickly. All of the care team were incredibly kind and patient. I have no complaints

I spent 10 minutes on the phone after they received a referral from my doctor and acted like they couldn’t find the referral. Once they did, they told me they weren’t looking for patients with my injury, mind you this is a critical surgery. The only saving grace from this experience with banner, is I won’t be one of the molested patients.

My husband had a tendon graft and plate removed from his left hand. I was not allowed to spend any time with him, talk to any doctors or nurses, or receive any information as to how the procedure went or what all occurred. He was rushed out of recovery (where I was also forbidden from coming and assisting him getting dressed), and he spent the ride home absolutely writhing in pain. It took 3 hours to get him calmed down and “comfortable”. What a horrible way to treat patients and their families.

Worst dump I could think of to try to have an orthopedic shoulder surgery. This is an abomination, and all the people that I had in contact here were rude and vicious. They have no place in taking care of a patient or trying to quell their questions for surgery. turn around don’t go, don’t stay.

Pack a lunch. They want you there 90 minutes before surgery to do paperwork. Then an hour after your hour and a half wait, you wait another hour just to get started. I'm a big guy and all the seats have arms that cut into my thighs. Door propped open on a 97 degree day. If you can find another place, do it
