Dr. Hala Koudsi is a highly knowledgeable and caring dermatologist. She helps her patients to understand the necessity of proper skin care and the importance of skin cancer screenings. Dr. Koudsi in a very warm and friendly manner and her assistant staff is just as engaging with patients as well. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Hala Koudsi for all your skin care needs.

Dr. Hala Koudsi is the best dermatologist doctor!!! She treated me for hair loss that was due to alopecia. Thanks to Dr. Koudsi, all of my hair grew back and has not fallen out from the spot she treated. I will keep coming back to her for treatment. Front staff, Jessica and Rewell are always so kind and very helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Koudsi!

Writing this review on behalf of my dad who had a terrible experience with Dr. Koudsi. My dad was referred to Dr. Koudsi by his PCP for a few lesions under his armpit, a bump on his finger and a full body scan (or so we thought). My dad was checked in by his medical assistant who asked my dad to wait in the room with his shirt off. My dad, who is not a native English speaker, called me so I could serve as his translator (which is a normal practice for us and we have never had any issues elsewhere). When my dad gets me on the line, he's in a frenzy saying "She doesn't want me to call you. She is screaming at me." I'm confused and can hear Dr. Koudsi in the background, trying to speak over my dad. I ask them both to calm down so I can explain to Dr. Koudsi our standard practice where she begins to yell at ME that "She doesn't know my dad. Doesn't want to talk on the phone, etc". After letting her yell at me and her explain to me as if I am incompetent we finally get to a point where the appointment can proceed. My dad calls me back not even 2 minutes later and the doctor is screaming that he refuses to take his pants off. Of course he does! He is extremely uncomfortable and has been treated so poorly that he no longer feels comfortable with this doctor. I could not recommend anyone to see Dr. Koudsi. Her bedside manner was apalling. Both my dad and I felt embarrassed, yelled at and belittled. We'll be looking for another dermatologist.

I booked an appointment, they asked if I could come in for an earlier appointment and I agreed only to end up waiting 30 minutes just for Dr Koudsi to arrive at the office. She was polite at first, then rushed and fully spoke over me the whole time while dragging on about how expensive their machinery is. At the end, they didn’t even have the products the dr recommended and she scolded her staff in front of me for not bringing them even though the product was at the office she had just come from herself. She then expected me to drive 30 min to their other location to buy them or pay for shipping costs… Overall, not a good experience or use of my time.
