My family member’s experience with Dr. Simoni was extremely disappointing. She had very poor bedside manner and made my family member wait over an hour past their scheduled appointment time. When the appointment finally started, my family member asked a simple question and she responded very rudely by saying, “It’s a free country, do whatever you want.” She even looked over at her medical assistant as if expecting her to laugh, but the assistant appeared very uncomfortable. The appointment itself lasted only about three minutes before she said she had other patients to attend to. It felt rushed and dismissive. I’m honestly shocked that she is still practicing at this company considering the number of negative reviews that mention similar experiences. Because of this encounter, my family, friends, and I will definitely not be returning. If you’re looking for a dermatologist, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

During the appointment, my family member asked a simple question and she rudely responded with “it’s a free country do whatever you want”. She tried to look at her medical assistant to make her laugh but the medical assistant looked very uncomfortable. She spent about 3 minutes on my family member and stated that “she had other patients to attend to.” I am utterly shocked how she is still working at this company with the amount of bad reviews she has. Safe to say my family, friends and I will never ever step foot here due to her despicable unforgivable behavior. If you’re a dermatologist DONT come here.

Keep searching for a good dermatologist, Dr Simoni is not the one. First appointment I made with her she came in guns blazing with her liquid nitrogen to freeze warts that I never even mentioned or asked their to look at, like that is just a standard practice which seemed weird. She only spoke with me for a couple of minutes if that, then dismissed me not willing to discuss even half of my concerns and told me "we'll talk about that next time". Second visit and third visits were about the same she came in to adress one issue and when I had other questions she rudely rushed away to her next patient as she has bigger things to deal with and can't functionally multitask. The medical assistant that came in with her was kind and knowledgeable enough to answer some small questions I had after the doctor had left. She had even felt the need to apologize for the way that the doctor had rudely exited, if that doesn't say something about this place I'm not sure what does.

If you want a very rude front office staff that seem like they would rather ignore you than help, this is your office. Now when it comes to the physician, if you want one that rushes through your visit and seems like they would rather not be seeing you at all, this is your clinic. Worst visit I’ve ever had in the 40 years I’ve been going to doctor clinics.
