Dr. Rubinstein was recommended by the Emergency room staff of Los Robles Medical Center. He is worth every penny for his expert service in fixing the broken, and making them new again. And he has the education diplomas to prove it, to be proud of. We, as his patients are very proud of him! His staff is very helpful, friendly, and know how to take care of his patients even before we see Dr. Rubinstein. Dr. Rubinstein is terrific. He was recommended by two of my trusted doctors and, although it took 2 months to get an appointment, it was well worth the wait. When I arrived, there was no waiting around. I was warmly greeted by staff, taken to a room for customary blood pressure and so on while being asked specific questions. Dr. Rubinstein came in shortly. He was kind, caring and exceedingly professional. He took great interest in my personal story and, upon completing his examination, told me exactly what my issue was. He explained that some arthritic events in older people can cause the issue I have. He assured me surgery was not the answer. I was so impressed with everything about him, and what a wonderful person he is, that I’m happy to leave this review.

Dr. Rubinstein and his team are elite. After an emergency room referral for a hand injury, they were able to get me an appointment within just a couple of days and immediately took charge of my care. The office is spotless, the staff is warm and welcoming, and Dr. Rubinstein himself is both compassionate and personable. His kindness really put me at ease during what was a very traumatic experience. After surgery, I experienced some severe unexpected pain. Dr. Rubinstein went above and beyond. He was attentive, empathetic, and even took my calls late at night and on weekends to ensure I had the right pain management plan in place. His dedication and kindness made all the difference in my recovery. I am incredibly grateful and cannot recommend him and his team highly enough.

Dr. Rubenstein seemed to be a very professional surgeon in regards to his explanation of the procedure he’s going to conduct on my thumb on November 12, 2025.
