All of the staff were amazing and great with my 2 year old daughter. She had to get tubes put in her ears and her adenoids taken out. The process was so smooth and everyone that I interacted with was so kind. Highly recommended!

My mom is here right now and her Dr(Dr sudek) is running behind again. They made it very clear to he an hour early or you would be rescheduled so we were here an hour and 15 early. When appointment time approached they said it was going to be another 15-20 minutes as she’s running behind. Another patient walked up immediately after and said the Dr is an hour behind schedule. This is unacceptable. If it was like a one time beyond control circumstance then I would get it but this is the 3rd time she has ran behind and they don’t have the courtesy to let patients know

I am very upset with this facility. I called to find out my amount due for my procedure and after I was told I said that doesn’t sound right I will have to call insurance and maybe cancel if I can’t get it straight. I was then informed that the only way to cancel was to do it through the doctor’s office. I got it squared away with insurance so I didn’t call doctor’s office as there was no need. Now the night before my procedure I realized I hadn’t got the nurse call so I called to find out I was canceled even though billing said it can only be canceled if I call the doctor. She put me back on the schedule and then had to move my appointment up an hour later but still the next day. I got there in pain and early. The lady proceeded to take my payment and paperwork . When I turned the paperwork in I was informed by a different lady that they were running behind 2 hours. I asked why they would not call patients and tell them so they didn’t have to sit in a waiting area uncomfortably. All she kept saying was she’s so sorry. Doctors were behind and patients were having to be worked in and they were scheduling issues so apparently what happened to me, happened to others. I sat for over two hours only for them to tell me that it was going to be two more hours and that puts them four hours behind. I had to pay a sitter, someone had to take off work to drive me, and I wasted gas. I had to leave because I could not medically sit there any longer without eating and being in pain and I had to pick up kids. I was so nauseous. They were great for me in the past but a little common courtesy goes along way and they lack that. There is no reason patients should be sitting in the waiting room that long!!!! Unfortunately I have to wait another week to have this done now as the doc (Sudek) only does it once a week.

Had to give my mom a ride here for an injection in her back. Paper work she was given said her appointment was at 11:45 am we have been sitting here for over an hour. got here at 11:30 and it is now 12:45. Just got told theu schedule all appointments at 11:45 and her "actual" appointment time is 1:45. So now we get to sit here for another hour before her appointment time. This is absolutely ridiculous why cant you just tell someone and appointment time. She was told she would be here an hour max, it's going on 2 hours and still hasn't been called back. So just make sure you pack a lunch and don't have anything planned to do later
