There are so many exceptional reviews about Vivify. In case you aren’t sold, here’s another one. I have had a really great experience with Vivify Plastic Surgery, Dr. Buchanan, and the entire team. I discovered the practice nearly a year ago now and I am so glad I did. Let’s start with the vibe. It’s good, and I mean genuinely good. The space is modern and welcoming. Everyone there is friendly and easy to talk to from the moment you walk in. Bonus points for the great taste in music, which makes the whole experience feel calmer and more human. I can be a bit anxious, so these are the types of things that matter to me. Dr. Buchanan takes real time to listen to concerns, even the endless ones, and never makes you feel rushed or dismissed. He talks things through, answers questions honestly, and works with you to come up with a clear, thoughtful plan. He is truly a master of his craft, and that’s obvious from his gallery, reviews etc, but what reallllly stands out is how much he genuinely cares about his patients. Talk to him once and It’s hard to miss. He doesn’t even charge for consults and treats you as if you are already under his care. He and his wife Michelle have created what feels like Tampa’s one stop shop for self care. Everything about the practice feels intentional, patient focused, and so supportive. The staff are all kind and seem authentically happy to be there. That speaks volumes. Oh! And did I mention they love and rescue dogs? Honestly seals the deal for me. Anyone who loves animals AND NIN is a friend of mine. Highly recommend Vivify to anyone looking for excellent care in a place that feels both professional and genuinely kind.

I had an incredibly positive experience with Dr. Buchanan and his entire team. After losing over 100 pounds, I knew I wanted to move forward with a breast reduction, but my case was more significant and really felt closer to a reconstruction. That made choosing the right surgeon especially important to me, and I truly could not have made a better decision. Dr. Buchanan is exceptionally skilled. His work is not only technically impressive but also very thoughtful and precise. My results look completely natural, which was so important to me, especially given how extensive the procedure was. He took the time to answer my questions, set realistic expectations, and made me feel confident every step of the way. Recovery was not easy, as expected with a procedure of this size, but the support from his team made a huge difference. They were incredibly responsive, patient, and kind whenever I had questions or concerns. I never felt alone during the recovery process. They even recommended in-home care services, which ended up being such a helpful and positive part of my healing experience. This truly has been life-changing for me, not just physically but emotionally as well. I feel more comfortable, confident, and at ease in my body. I’m so grateful to Dr. Buchanan and his team for their expertise, care, and support. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering this type of procedure.

If I could give Dr. Buchanan more than five stars, I would. After a previous procedure 11 years ago with a different surgeon left me feeling discouraged, I spent a significant amount of time consulting with five different surgeons across the country over the last five years. Every single one of them told me that the specific "smaller, perkier" look I was envisioning was simply not achievable for my body and would take multiple surgeries. Then I found Dr. Buchanan at Vivify. He took on the challenge of correcting and refining another surgeon’s work with a level of expertise that is truly rare. Not only did he listen to exactly what I wanted, but he also exceeded every expectation I had. I transitioned from a 34DD to a 32C, and the change in my overall composition is incredible. I finally have the aesthetic I was told was impossible. And in ONE surgery. I am so incredibly thankful for his skill, his precision, and the confidence he has given back to me. If you have been told "no" elsewhere, or if you are looking for a surgeon who truly masters his craft, I cannot recommend Dr. Buchanan and the team at Vivify highly enough.

I chose Vivify after carefully researching several other Doctors and practices. I truly feel blessed as Dr Buchanan turned out to be fabulous. He was meticulous and exceeded even my picky taste.
