All members of the team are pleasant and understanding. Dr. Trotta is attentive, answers questions, and is a breath of fresh air in the world of Doctor interactions she is so personable! Her work on the scar revision chest surgery was truly amazing. The blepharoplasty surgery gave me new range of vision and the new eyes look has garnered many compliments from long time friends and family. I highly recommend Dr. Trotta for her work and for her personable nature.

Life Changing Breast reduction Surgery I cannot recommend Dr. Trotta enough for my recent breast reduction surgery at Baycare Medical Group .The entire experience, from the first check in at the front desk to the main consultation and my follow-up care has been absolutely amazing. Dr. Trotta is incredibly patient and made sure she listened to all of my needs and concerns. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. I only consulted with her and was 100% certain that I’d be in great hands from the initial consult .she’s extremely professional and has exceptional talent in her surgical craft. It has now been 3 months since my surgery, and I am ecstatic with my results, especially the wonderful symmetry and size she achieved. My new body has given me a huge boost of confidence and most importantly the chronic discomfort I was experiencing is gone which has profoundly improved my quality of life . The level of care and expertise provided doctor Trotta and her entire team is truly exceptional and outstanding . She and her team deserve every bit of praise. Very thorough. Explained concerns, options, potential complications and outcomes. (After procedure)Dr. Trotta is excellent at what she does. She has a great staff and an outstanding "bedside manner" - that is to say she keeps interactions comfortable but informative, communicates at an appropriate level. The procedure itself was efficiently done as discussed and so far recovery has been as expected.

Very disappointed and upset with my experience with Dr. Trotta. I chose this office based on good reviews, but it did not match my experience. I’ve been coming here for over a year to discuss a breast reduction and was told during my first visit, it would most likely be covered by insurance given all of my symptoms. First visit was great, I felt very supported and everyone was friendly. Second visit, the staff was rude and accused me of not providing documentation approving my reduction, saying my primary lied to me about sending it over (mind you they called me 30 minutes after I left saying they found my documents). At the end of this visit, Dr. Trotta told noted that I wouldn’t know until the week before the surgery if the deduction would be covered by insurance, fine with me. At my last appointment, I was told insurance would not cover the procedure at all and that this has been told to me during my prior visit (never discussed otherwise I would’ve asked for a quote) and that I would have to reduce 2-3 sizes for it to be covered by insurance. When I explained I’m seeking relief from back/neck pain and rashes, not for cosmetic reasons, and I am fine with this amount of reduction, I was met with, “So you want a flat chest then? You want me to fully amputate your breasts?” Wow! That response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, I have never dealt with such a harsh doctor or unprofessional staff before. This felt like a complete waste of my time and I will not be returning.
