Dr. Mosiello and his staff are fantastic. I have a major issue with anxiety since dealing with breast cancer and they really did a wonderful job of helping me feel more comfortable. The results were fantastic and Dr. Mosiello has a very calming bedside manner.

I am 6 months post op after a complicated breast surgery and I could not be more pleased. As an RN, I am very careful about medical care and Dr. Mosiello and his team are the best. I remember how kind and reassuring he was on the morning of my surgery. He answered all of my questions and was available when I had questions after the procedure. His nurses, Mary and Melissa are also 5 star. Paula and Carol were always so kind in the office. I highly recommend Dr. Mosiello and his expert, caring team.

I went to 4 consults with other plastic surgeons for a breast augmentation but none of them met my expectations except Dr Mosiello. The staff was amazing (Mary was so informative) They truly go out of your way to make sure you know exactly what you want. Dr Mosiello has amazing bedside manner. I was afraid to go bigger but he guided me towards the right size for me and I am 100000% happy. GO HERE. You won't be disappointed. I've recommended to him all my friends!

Left me with dog ears (extra fat flaps in the underarms) and an inverted nipple after a simple cosmetic breast reduction. I was left 2 full cup sizes larger than what I asked for and had to pay for the inverted nipple revision out of pocket. During that follow up visit, his front office staff was laughing saying "I'll just never be happy" like his shoddy work is my problem... You deserve better than this man and his staff who simply don't care. Especially if you're a cancer patient, you absolutely deserve more respect than you will receive here. Look elsewhere.

I chose Moffitt because of its reputation for being the best of the best, but my experience with Dr. Mosiello was anything but. I am extremely disappointed that Moffitt would affiliate itself with a doctor who lacks the care, professionalism, and empathy that their institution is known for. From the start, Dr. Mosiello was cold, dismissive, and unempathetic. During my consultation, we discussed doing a flap rather than a skin graft to ensure hair regrowth, which was one of my biggest concerns. This was confirmed through my patient portal, where a nurse relayed Dr. Mosiello’s statement that the area shaved would be about the diameter of a soda can and that my hair would grow back. I felt reassured by this, believing my concerns had been addressed. However, on the day of surgery, it became clear that Dr. Mosiello had either not reviewed his notes or simply disregarded them. When he entered the pre-op room, he didn’t greet me or ask how I was doing—his first words were about performing a skin graft, something we had explicitly decided against. When I corrected him and stated that we had agreed on a flap, he abruptly told me that if we did that, he would have to shave from ear to ear. This was completely different from what I had been told before. When I referenced what was said in the portal, he cut me off and dismissively stated that the nurses “have no idea what I do.” At that moment, I felt completely unheard, like my concerns didn’t matter at all. I was visibly upset, crying in the pre-op room, yet Dr. Mosiello made no effort to reassure me. Instead, he twice pressured me to sign a form while I was still in tears, only explaining what I was signing after I asked. He also made a point to tell me that I was “next up” for surgery, which made me feel like he was more concerned with getting through his schedule than ensuring I was comfortable and informed. I later discovered another issue. Despite being assured by both the nurses and the anesthesiologist that my new helix piercing could remain in place with medical tape over it, my earring was removed without my consent and then placed back into the wrong hole.I am disgusted by Dr. Mosiello’s complete lack of care for his patients. His behavior and dismissiveness left me feeling unheard and disrespected at every step. I truly hope that Moffitt reconsiders their affiliation with him, as he is tarnishing their otherwise strong reputation. If you are looking for a compassionate and attentive doctor, I strongly advise you to seek care elsewhere.
