I had an amazing experience at Dr. Fig Med Spa! From start to finish, everyone was so professional, kind, and attentive. The staff made me feel completely comfortable throughout my surgery and recovery. I especially want to thank Maiira, the massage therapist — she is incredible! Her hands are magic, and her care made a big difference in my healing process. I’m beyond grateful for the entire team and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent care and beautiful results!

I would like to thank Dr. Fig and his incredible team from the bottom of my heart 🙏 I had a very long and complex surgery that lasted about 7 hours: 360 Lipo, breast implant replacement, tummy tuck, and BBL. This was a very serious decision for me, and I am beyond grateful that I trusted Dr. Fig. The results exceeded all my expectations. My body has been completely transformed — so beautifully, harmoniously, and naturally. Every day I look in the mirror and feel thankful that I found Dr. Fig. He is truly an artist with an exceptional eye for detail and aesthetics. I had laser hair removal at Dr.Fig’s with Carla. I was pleased with my first 3 appointments (even though I had to wait 15-25 min each time) and was seeing great results. Which is why it was very upsetting when I had to leave before I got my 4th treatment because the staff was extremely unprofessional. I sat in the waiting area while they spoke with each other in the back room. I figured Carla’s was just behind so I waited patiently. I waited 30 minutes before anyone noticed I was there. When I finally got someones attention they tried to claim I did not come on time for my appointment and proceeded to take the next client for their treatment instead. Although, I arrived exactly one minute before my appointment and the sign in sheet was there to prove it. The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because this could have been a great experience if they had better customer service, didn’t gaslight their customers, and I was actually seeing results. Also, the manager did work with me by refunding me 50% of my package since I only received 3 of my 6 sessions. I also appreciate the fact Carla did say she was sorry. I wish I could have had a positive experience because this does seem like a very nice place. I hope the manager will take this opportunity to educate her staff on how customers should be treated.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. The day of my surgery, the doctor arrived almost 2 hours late after coming from a trip, and shockingly asked me what procedure I was having—as if he had no idea. That alone was a major red flag. After surgery, I expressed multiple times during my follow-ups that I was not satisfied with the results, as they did not reflect what I had asked for. I was repeatedly told to “wait and let my body adjust.” At my 3-month visit, I shared my honest experience with other patients who asked me about my surgery. When it was my turn, the doctor spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional way, clearly upset that I had shared my experience. I felt disrespected, uncomfortable, and honestly unsafe in such a vulnerable setting. This is not how a patient should be treated. I would not recommend. I stand by my review, as it reflects my real experience as a patient. While consent forms were provided, they do not excuse the level of professionalism, communication, and overall treatment I experienced. My concerns were raised multiple times during follow-ups, yet I did not feel heard or properly supported. What is most concerning is not only the outcome, but the way I was treated. A medical environment should make patients feel safe, respected, and cared for—especially when undergoing a serious procedure. Surgery is not something to be taken lightly. I trusted you with my body and my safety, and that level of trust was not honored in the way I was treated. Yes, I requested a refund—because after the way I was treated, undergoing another procedure with the same provider was not an option for me. This is my life and my health, and I was not comfortable putting myself in that position again. Offering a complimentary revision does not address the core issue, which is the lack of professionalism and respect I experienced. My intention is not to be disruptive, but to share my honest experience so others can make informed decisions.
