I cannot say enough about Dr. O'Brien and his entire staff. From Sarah at the front desk, to Kristina and Michelle running the office, Jess who assisted in my consult and removed my stitches, Dana who provided me amazing lymphatic drainage procedures and of course, Dr. O'Brien and his nurse, Ana. I am so pleased with the results of my procedure. This staff and surgeon took away my anxiety and made it a great experience. I have to give an extra shout out to Ana, I was a nervous mess coming into this but she clearly knows what she's doing and calmed me right down. I highly recommend Dr. O'Brien and his crew.

I would give Dr. O'Brien and his staff 10 stars if I could. Had a breast augmentation and from the consultation, surgery day, post op appointments, Dr. O'Brien and his bedside manner and communication has been top notch. Thankful to find a plastic surgeon with experience and expertise like Dr. O'Brien. Also, want to thank nurse Ana and Michelle who were fantastic! Thank you Dr. O'Brien!!

Great experience, needed to get my stretched and really messed up earlobes closed and Dr. O’Brien did a great job. Friendly and professional staff doctor. It was weird going to a plastic surgeon as a mid-20’s construction worker but it went super smoothly. He took the time to explain the process, answered all the questions I had, and gave me a reasonable price. If I ever have another need for a plastic surgeon this is the guy I’ll go to.

I am1day post op from Tummy Tuck and lipo surgery. I feel pretty good all things considered. I have had previous plastic surgery and at the time I felt it was a good experience. But Dr.O'Brien surpasses any of them. My entire experience with Dr. O'Brien and his amazing staff(Ana, Sara, & Christine) was a wonderful experience. I have never in my life had such a pleasant experience at any doctors office. Not a gynecologist, primarily, dentist, etc.... I will be back for the med spa side in the future and I will 1000% recommend St. Petersburg Center for Plastic surgery!!!! Again I'm only 1day post I'm just so happy 😊 Thank you Dr. O'Brien
