What a relief/blessing to have found Goldfingers. I moved from Alaska & was researching where to go for my Botox, Filler & weight loss needs when I was referred to Goldfingers Aesthetics. I can't even put into words how grateful I am for Karen who took a lot of time and set me up with their team, Robert , Crystal & Dr Young. I started out at their Largo location and continued with them as they moved into their new downtown St. Petersburg clinic. I'm down 100+ lbs from Dr Young's weight loss program. With this massive amount of weight loss came loss of volume in my face. Robert and Crystal together came up with a treatment plan between Botox and filler to get my volume back in my face so I didn't look so sunken in and hollow. I'm absolutely beautiful and feel so healthy. Thank you Dr Young, Karen, Crystal, Robert & Alexis. I look forward to my monthly facials with Alexis. Love and greatful to Goldfingers St Petersburg.

I highly recommend Goldfingers in St. Pete for all your beauty needs. I had the pleasure of having Robert as my injector he is not only amazing to talk to but his skills are unmatched. Robert prioritizes your safety and comfort. He listened to all my concerns and made sound recommendations. I was apprehensive about too much filler in my face because I have huge cheeks naturally! but he was patient with me and reassured me that I would look simply refreshed and refreshed is absolutely how I look! I am so happy with my results.The facility is clean the ladies at the front are all sweet and welcoming! Im happy I found an injector I trust I will be back for Robert :)

Do not go to Karen. She is inexperienced and dangerous with a needle. I’m disfigured and disappointed – poor technique and no symmetry. I am writing this review to warn others after a very distressing experience with Karen. I went in for a simple procedure, that an experienced beauty tech should be able to achieve and the results have been devastating. My face is currently significantly unbalanced; one side looks completely different from the other, creating a distorted appearance. Beyond the aesthetic failure, the physical aftermath has been much worse than expected. I am dealing with severe, deep bruising that seems well beyond the "normal" recovery window, suggesting poor placement or aggressive technique. When you trust someone with your face, you expect a high level of precision and care. Unfortunately, the lack of symmetry and the trauma to my skin have left me feeling incredibly self-conscious and regretful. I would strongly advise anyone considering a similar procedure here to look for a doctor instead. I should’ve known because when I looked at her face carefully prior to injecting my own she was over plumped and unsymmetrical.

Approximately one year ago, I received jawline filler from Krystal at Goldfinger Salon. The result was uneven, with noticeably more product placed on the left side. I returned in December believing the prior outcome may have been an isolated issue. During this visit, Krystal again performed the injections. When I expressed I wanted her to stop and asked that we pause, I was told “it will only be two more pricks.” However, several additional injections were administered. The procedure stopped abruptly only after filler was injected into my left jawline, at which point she stated "it wasn't where I want it". The appointment concluded with visible asymmetry again. After reaching out to address my concerns, I did not hear back for several days. When I was eventually contacted, I was offered ti have the product dissolved with the same technician under the owner’s supervision, or the option to wait until February when another technician would be present. Cosmetic injectables require precision. I do not feel that the technician hds the skill to perform any filler injections. I am sharing this so others can make informed decisions before undergoing treatment.
