I was an hour late because I had my calendar Set on central time. Dr. Miller saw me at 3:30. He examined me thoroughly and removed a Sebaceous cyst from my back. He asked about my health and was very thorough with my exam. Dr. Miller is a very soft spoken, gentle man. His office staff is friendly and Ian, his assistant, was very good at his job. PAM at front desk gave the initial great first impression, getting me through the paperwork with a smile. ALECIA followed me through the whole process with great skill. DR. SABA took all the details of my long-term skin challenges with empathy and care. DR. SUMMER MOON provided excellent service with care and concern. She understood how much my itching and skin challenges affect my lifestyle. She examined every part of my skin, explained all my conditions, and developed a complete treatment plan, The treatment plan included needed tests, referrals, a complete list of actions for me to take. Before I even left the office, my prescriptions were ready at the local pharmacy. I found Dr Moon on a local TV program. Based on her personable style and incredible knowledge, I chose to book an appointment. Best dermatology decision I ever made! The office offers an accessible venue with accessible restroom. Accessible van parking in free parking lot with dedicated spaces for Bay Dermatology clients. I look forward to managing my skin challenges to look into cosmetic offerings here. GREAT JOB!!!!!!

Great first experience! Easy parking, the flow of patients moved quickly and efficiently. Clean, pleasant office. Dr. Miller was kind and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the awful, itchy irritation on my neck and prescribed a cream I’d never heard of to treat it. I made another comprehensive appointment on the way out, and the prescription was ready to be picked up at the pharmacy on my way home. I applied the cream and in two days the awful itchy rash (which sometimes bled and made me very nervous) was gone. You can’t ask for more than that. Thank you again to Dr Miller and his excellent staff!

Visits with Dr. Rick Miller are always productive. He’s the most amazing doctor, and I’ve been to many since I’m in my eighties. On top of his excellent dermatology knowledge, he always expresses such genuine care for your feelings. He’s the best.
