On the day of the procedure, Rachel was supported by a full team, and everyone was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable. The treatment lasted about six hours, and aside from slight discomfort during the initial numbing, it was surprisingly easy. I was relaxed the entire time, and they even provided lunch during a break—which was a great touch. The entire process—from scheduling to reminders to follow-up—was seamless and well organized. Recovery has been smooth with minimal discomfort, and I’m excited to see the final results. Brittany is AMAZING!! I just got a dermaplane and hydrofacial from her, and my skin has literally never looked this good. I mean do you see my glow! She’s so gentle, so detail-oriented, and you can tell she actually cares about your skin. Brittany has done BBL and Halo laser on my skin. I wouldn’t trust my skin with just anyone using either of these lasers. My skin has shown noticeable improvements. I would highly recommend Brittany of you are thinking of trying a more aggressive approach to glowing skin. She also did a super relaxing facial that literally made me fall asleep in her chair. :-) Really the whole AR team is amazing!
