My visit to the St. Louis Dermatology Center was truly a five-star experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was stepping into the future of healthcare. The facility is incredibly modern and features state-of-the-art technology, including a super cool robot that guides you to your room! The virtual payment system on the way out was a seamless, time-saving convenience that I really appreciated. Beyond the innovative tech, the offices are beautiful, quiet, clean, and the staff were all highly professional. It made a potentially stressful medical visit feel calm and efficient. Highly recommend this amazing, futuristic place!

I love this team! Very positive, empathetic, and centers the patient’s needs. Dr. O has provided such excellent and thoughtful care for all of my skin concerns. And while Dr. O is an excellent provider, I also love the other professionals and team members as well. They make the environment so positive and safe. 10/10 experience from the moment I walk in the door. I recommend them to everyone I know .

Dr. O and Rachel are the best! Truly, the whole staff is great, and the office is bright, clean, and the location is so convenient. I have never had a problem getting in for an appointment, and I love how well-rounded the practice is! Highly recommend St. Louis Dermatology Center

Aggressive billing to the point of fraudulence! I made an appointment to see a physician here for eczema. The week prior I received a robo-text from the practice stating that my "estimate" invoiced would be $166.94. I have good insurance with a specialist copay of $60 and I confirmed with my insurance company that this clinic was in-network. When I called for an explanation they transferred me to the billing department. I am very curious as to how they determine what they are billing me for in a visit before I am even seen. I suspect that they overestimate your invoice, force you to pay and then if you are owed a refund make you jump through hoops to ever get your money back. Claims should be billed through insurance FIRST and then the patient pays the remaining amount AFTER receiving the EOB from the insurance company. I have had one other practice do this and getting your money back is a nightmare. Plenty of other dermatology offices in the area, I'd pick one of them.

I do not recommend STL Dermatology at all. I asked for my prescription to be sent to my preferred pharmacy during my appointment back in November. It was never sent. Now, two months later, the receptionist is claiming I need a new prescription and a follow-up visit—even though I made the request months ago and it was never handled. Their communication is terrible. They do not answer the phones, and getting anything resolved feels impossible. This is completely unprofessional and a waste of patients’ time and money. On top of that, they charge $75 just to cancel or reschedule appointments, which feels excessive considering how disorganized they are. They’ve officially lost me as a patient. Save yourself the frustration and find another dermatologist.
