Tammy helped me make my appointment to see Dr. Rinehart over the phone and Kelly made me feel very relaxed during my office surgery. My skin cancer was cured and I had almost no pain. I complimented the Plastic Surgery Center of St. Louis when I saw my dermatologist and recommended that she send all of her patients to Dr. Rinehart!

Everyone from start to the visit with Dr. Rinehart was super accommodating, very kind, and thorough. We went in to get a lip injury look at and we are very satisfied with the entire experience.

Dr Rinehart did not want me to get a second opinion on having a Mohs surgery consult for my melanoma that he originally removed on my neck saying it wasn't standard for removal of melanoma. When I explained that I still wanted to get an opinion, he said "it's not protocol and you are a nurse, you do understand?" Completely unprofessional, rude and arrogant. According to my Mohs' surgeon, if you have melanoma on head, neck or face, Mohs surgery is recommended for melanoma and you can often times end up with a smaller scar. I would not recommend Dr Rinehart.
