Sarah, the esthetician, and is truly exceptional. She is incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and consistently provides thoughtful, personalized care. She also has a genuinely warm, happy, and kind demeanor that immediately puts patients at ease. The entire experience feels calm, professional, and never rushed. She takes the time to explain treatments clearly and thoroughly, and it’s clear she takes great pride in her work. The results reflect that level of care and expertise, and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking high-quality skincare. Dr. Gurley, Gabi and the women at the front desk made me feel welcome and comfortable every step of the process. Dr. Gurley and Gabi actively listened to what I was looking for, asked questions to further clarify, took their time talking things through with me, and presented a plan that delivered. Dr. Gurley was honest and transparent about what was possible and clearly set my expectations going into surgery. And the exceptional care didn’t stop after the surgery - my follow up care has continued to be top notch. My end results have been truly life changing and exceeded my expectations! I had consults with other surgeons who said that what I wanted wasn’t possible but Dr. Gurley was confident she could get me the results I wanted and she delivered!

I’m submitting this review after my 4th appointment with the Medspa. I have visited several other St. Louis area skin clinics over the years and I really feel like the staff here goes above and beyond. Sarah and Dr. Gurley took the time to listen to my concerns , explain all of the treatment options thoroughly, and help me understand what would actually be best for my specific skin issues instead of pushing unnecessary services. I left feeling that they genuinely care about getting the best results for each individual client. Highly recommend!

Dr Gurley always gives me her time and attention, making sure she understands what my needs are, and I understand her plan to address them. I have always been 100% pleased by the results of everything she has done for me.

This is not my first rodeo with plastic surgeons or med spas, but I was looking for a location slightly more convenient to the City for regular aesthetic services. They are all located so far out. The office: blinded by the white! Wowza, it's like a neon white office in there. Lovely desk staff and super clean. Medspa/Aesthetics: I had a consult with Sarah for laser treatment and to help my texture and uneven complexion. Dr Gurley also took at look. There is a consult fee that goes toward treatment. Sarah was super nice and it seems she does a lot of laser work. Treatment: I made an appointment for the suggested treatment but haven't had it done yet. I will update the review after. Prices are on-par with any provider I would use. My service is $1800/session for $5x00 for a set of 3. They take care credit.
