Wow, wow, wow. The care my 16 yr old we received from Dr. Plikatis and the hospital staff was amazing. Its scary enough to put your kid into someone else's hands but she did a great job. My daughter has extreme anxiety but her and her staff walked us through ALLLLLL of our questions and concerns. The Hospital staff that took care of her at Cardinal Glennon Kids after the surgery where kind, caring, and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs surgery. She does not rush in and takes the time to walk you through everything in advance. Thank you, Thank you!

Our 13 month old son had a cleft palate reconstruction completed by Dr. Plikaitis and her team in November of 2022. Our experience was such a positive one. The staff at Cardinal Glennon, and those of the cleft palate team, were THE BEST medical care we have ever received anywhere. They listened to us and provided comprehensive answers to our questions. Dr. Plikaitis and her team were so compassionate and reassuring during a stressful time, and I felt they truly had my son’s best interest at heart. At a time when we were highly suspicious of doctors and hospital systems, we felt completely at peace under her treatment. Almost a year later, and our son is thriving and meeting milestones he never would have without Dr. Plikaitis’ help. I would highly recommend Dr. Plikaitis and Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital to parents looking for craniofacial plastic surgeons. Even if you are not in the area, you will not regret the drive to see her.

My daughter has had 4 plastic surgeries from Dr Plikitas to correct a cleft lip and palate. Also a rhinoplasty. We were so very lucky to have found her thru slu and cardinal glennon. NOT Childrens hospital in stl. The treatment my daughter received after leaving The childrens hospital in stl and going to Cardinal Glennon was like night and day. I will always be thankful for that. She is amazing as a dr and just a friend thru appts. Now that my daughter is finished with her surgery phase. Mom is going in for a breast augmentation.
